    全世界經濟的不景氣導致產業研發策略趨於保守,因此如何能做到精密成 型、同時能兼顧成本,成為今後塑膠射出成型機械研發的主要課題。過膠 頭組是射出成型機械重要的塑化元件,在成型加工中、對成型品質具有決 定性的影響;其研發簡單、成本低,因此效益宏大。本研究即利用田口式 實驗計畫法,針對在過膠頭組幾何設計中、可能影響射出量精度的參數進 行實際的實驗量測與分析,藉以蒐集相關數據,提供過膠頭組研發之參考 依據。本研究以具環式止逆閥之過膠頭組結構進行實驗。實驗結果顯示: 過膠頭錐角是最具影力的因子、止逆斷面的流道窄化程度次之。The research-and-improvements stratagem in industry tends to conservatismwith the recent global depression. So it has been a topic for improvementsin injection molding machines to give consideration to both how to moldprecisely and cost.And the screw tip assembly is an important plasticating component in a injection molding machine, who has the great influence on part quality in the molding process but cost little and simply to improve, therefore it is capable to provide great benefits. In this paper, focusing on probable geom. variables in screw tip assemblies that will influencepart weight, one have made a empirical study by using the Taguchi method to provide the relative information for the research in future.The experiment have been made on screw tips with Ring Type valve, and the results show that the tip angle has the greatest influence, and the narrowness of non-return section is the next

    本論文蒐集台北盆地範圍內34支反循環基樁之標準或快速加載靜態試樁報 告與前人研究求得之基樁極限承載力公式,經由計算機程式所建立數學模 式分析比較,以尋求在非凝聚性與凝聚性土層中適用之極限承載力推估公 式。藉此分析所得之公式來計算在基樁軸向標準加載試樁後具有小沉陷量 的樁周摩擦阻力與試樁所得之載重─沉陷量( L─S)關係曲線圖所定義 之極限承載力作比較,以尋求定義基樁極限承載力最適用之詮釋方法。由 分析結果顯示:估算反循環基樁樁周摩擦阻力靜態公式在非凝聚性土層中 以 Meyerhof 氏之N值推算經驗公式與在凝聚性土層中以 Burland 氏之 β法最適合。至於 軸向標準或快速加載至 2倍設計載重之試樁,只能以 Chin 氏法與 Van Der Veen 法來詮釋小沉陷量基樁之極限承載力

    Injection molding processes is controlled with temperature, injection speed, injection pressure and holding pressure to approach the high quality. The function of the assembling of the injection molding screw head is very important for pressure control during operations. The research effort on the injection molding screw head is guaranteed to improve forming mold accuracy with minimal cost. In this research, Taguchi method is used in designing the typical injection modeling named ring-type check valve. The possible geometric parameters that could influence part accuracy are discussed. With empirical studies by using Taguchi experimental method, the optimal condition is decided that provides the relative information for manufacturing. The experimental results reveal that the optimal design for the ring type check valve has superior performance over the conventional design.射出成型製程中,溫度、射速、射壓及保壓等條件,對成品品質具有絕對的決定性。而過膠頭組是射出成型機械重要的塑化元件,對射出成型加工中成型精度條件如射速、射壓及保壓具有決定性的影響;由於研發簡單、成本又低,而且效益宏大。故本研究利用田口式實驗計畫法,針對在過膠頭組中具代表牲的-「環式止逆閥」設計,提出影響射出量精度之幾何參數,進行實驗計量量測與分析,以所獲致相關數據做最佳化過膠頭組設計,實驗證明以此方法設計之過膠頭所生產之產品計量精度準確
