    目的通过检测原发性骨质疏松症不同中医证型患者骨组织基因表达谱的差异,探讨原发性骨质疏松症肾阳虚证相关基因的信息学特征。方法随机选择原发性骨质疏松; 症患者,中医辨证分型为肾阳虚证组3例,肾阴虚证组3例,无肾虚证组3例,并选择正常骨密度人群3例设为正常对照组。用人全基因组表达谱芯片检测4组人群; 骨组织基因表达谱,筛选共同的差异表达基因,并对这些差异表达基因进行基因通路等相关功能分析。结果肾阳虚证组与正常对照组、肾阴虚证组、无肾虚证组的差; 异表达基因分别为2631条、3976条、6184条;肾阳虚证组与其他3组比较共同的差异表达基因有1037条。这些差异基因参与补体与凝血级联反应、; Hedgehog、TGF-beta、细胞周期等22条信号通路。结论原发性骨质疏松症肾阳虚证的相关基因主要与免疫调节、TGF-beta、细胞周期等; 信号通路相关。Objective To investigate the characteristics of genes expression; profiles of primary osteoporosis with kidney yang deficiency through; analyzing the gene expression difference with gene micro-array. Methods; Patient with osteoporosis were rand omly divided into kidney-yang; deficiency group (n = 3),kidney-yin deficiency group (n = 3),non-kidney; deficiency group (n = 3),according to the syndrome differentiation of; traditional Chinese medicine. Another 3 people with normal BMD were; selected as normal control. Expression profiles of the bone tissue from; 4 groups were detected to screen differentiated expression genes.; Analysis of pathway and other function among these genes was conducted.; Results The number of differentiated expression genes in kidney-yang; deficiency group were 3976,6184,and 2631,compared to kidney-yin; deficiency,non-kidney deficiency,and normal control group,respectively.; The number of common differentially expressed genes were 1037. These; genes were involved in 22 pathways,including complement and coagulation; cascades,Hedgehog signaling pathway,TGF-beta signaling pathway,and cell; cycle. Conclusion Genes related to kidney-yang deficiency syndrome in; primary osteoporosis are mainly related to complement and coagulation; cascades,Hedgehog signaling pathway,TGF-beta signaling pathway,and cell; cycle.福建省科技厅省属公益类科研院所基本科研专项; 福建省自然科学基金项

    Study on Zn Diffusion in Ⅲ-Ⅴ Semiconductor Compounds Using Rapid Thermal Annealing Process

    以gAAS和InP材料为例,对化合物半导体材料中的快速热退火扩zn可行性进行比较分析,研究表明,化合物半导体材料中快速热退火扩zn可行性与化合物半导体材料的分解温度有着密切关系。化合物半导体材料分解温度越低,对扩散源、帽层和阻挡层要求越高。针对InP材料高于360℃就分解、低温zn扩散困难的特点,提出了直接溅射zn层在410℃低温扩散的方法。对InP快速热退火扩散结果进行分析,初步分析表明其掺杂机理是形成合金结。Zn diffusion in Ⅲ-Ⅴ semiconductor compounds (GaAs and InP) using rapid thermal annealing(RTA) process was investigated.The feasibility of this method mostly depends on decompounded temperature of Ⅲ-Ⅴ semiconductor compounds.The lower the decompounded temperature,the higher the requirements on the diffusion layer,diffusion prevented layer and cap layer.As the decompounded temperature of InP is 360 ℃,it is hard to carry out Zn diffusion in low temperature,a method of Zn diffusion from direct sputtering Zn films into InP at 410 ℃ was proposed.The primary mechanism of Zn diffusion in InP is assumed that alloy junctions come into being using rapid thermal annealing

Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) are used to analyze the interface of Si/Si bonding. The results show that there are notinfrared absorbtion peak related to the Si-H bonding and Si-OH bonding in the interface at high temperature, and the interface is consisted of Si and SiO_x. In addition, the research indicates also that the Si/Si bonding density is increased with the increase of bonding temperature

    Survey on the distribution of dietary glycemic load and dietary insulin load of urban residents in Xiamen

    目的了解厦门市城区居民碳水化合物消费情况及膳食血糖负荷及膳食胰岛素负荷的现状,调查膳食血糖负荷及膳食胰岛素负荷与生化指标。方法根据全国营养调查方案,2010年10-12月对厦门市城区的6个社区居委会成年居民进行调查,采用连续3 d 24 h回顾法对其中的291人进行膳食调查、身体测量及生化指标测量;根据膳食血糖生成指数(GI)和碳水化合物摄入量计算膳食血糖负荷(GL);根据膳食胰岛素指数(II)和能量及食用频率计算膳食胰岛素负荷(IL)。结果被调查的厦门市城区成年居民的平均膳食血糖指数为75.2;平均膳食血糖负荷为179.1;平均膳食胰岛素指数为30.4,平均膳食胰岛素负荷为247.2。粮谷类对膳食GL、IL的贡献达92.0%、83.1%。不同GL、IL水平的被调查人群的身体测量及生化指标间的差异无统计学意义;通过多元线性回归分析并未发现膳食GI、GL、II、IL与糖尿病的患病风险有明显的相关性。结论粮谷类食物是厦门市城区居民膳食GL、IL的主要来源,低膳食GL的人群粮谷类消费低,脂肪消费高,膳食结构不合理;并未发现膳食GL、IL与身体测量及生化指标之间的联系。Objective This work was to investigate the consumption of carbohydrate and distribution of dietary glycemic load(GL)and insulin load(IL) of urban residents in Xiamen. Methods According to the National Nutrition Survey program, six communities' residents of Xiamen were selected for the survey from Oct.~ Dec., 2010. A total of 219 subjects were surveyed with the 3consecutive days and 24 hours review method to acquire the food consumption data and underwent health examination. Dietary insulin load was calculated as a function of the food insulin index, and the energy content of individual foods was reported on food-frequency questionnaires. Dietary glycemic load was calculated by GI. Results 92.1% of the dietary glycemic load and 83.1%of the dietary insulin load were from cereals. Dietary insulin load and dietary insulin index were not associated with the overall biochemical index. The dietary GI, GL, II, IL was not positively associated with the risk of diabetes. Conclusion People with low GL tend to consume more fat and less carbohydrates
