    Treatment and reuse of beer wastewater using the system of phytosysthetic bacteria and spirulina maxima

    应用PSb将啤酒废水中的有机质降解处理为无机质,用甲壳质絮凝沉降除去PSb后加入螺旋藻进行培养.小型动态模拟实验结果表明PSb和螺旋藻不仅能高效地净化啤酒废水,对COd和nH+4n的去除率达100%,而且能回收数量可观(781Mg(干重)/(l·d)),营养价值高(蛋白质含量为493g/100g(干重))的螺旋藻,还研究了PH、溶解氧、光照、光合细菌密度等因子对PSb去除废水有机质的影响.A study on the install of phytosysthetic bacteria (PSB) and Spirulina maxima (SM) for beer wastewater treatment and reuse was carried out.The beer wastewater was treated with PSB to decompose organic matter.Chitin was then added for PSB precipitating.Finally,SM was added to remove organic matter and reuse nitrogen and phosphorus.The effects of pH,DO,illumination,the density of PSB and SM etc.on the removal of COD by PSB and on the growth of SM were discussed.The results of a dynamic model experiment showed that the system of PSB SM not only have a high removal efficiency for COD and NH + 4 N (100%),but can also yield a large amount of SM (78.1mg (dry weight)/(L·d)) and protein in SM (49.3mg/100g (dry weight))

    应用光合细菌将黄泔水中的有机物降解转化为无机氮磷后养殖螺旋藻.结果表明,在实验条件下光合细菌对黄泔水COdCr的去除率可达70%,处理后的黄泔水用甲壳质絮凝澄清后加入螺旋藻并曝气进行培养,藻生长周期为22d、生长速率为20~30Mg/l·d.藻体蛋白质含量平均为52.6g/100g(干重),游离氨基酸平均含量为2.41g/100g(干重)A try on the treatment and reuse of the waste water of bean products with the phytosynthetic bacteria(PSB) and S.maxima(SM)was introduced.First the waste water of bean products was treated with PSB to decompositing organic matter,and then chitin was added for precipitating PSB,the last SM was added into the treated waste water for removing organic matter further and reusing nitrogen and phosphorous.The results of an dynamic modled experiment showed that PSB have a high removal efficiency for COD(70%) on the waste water of bean products,and SM cultured in the treated waste waster grow well,the rate of growing is 2030mg dryweight/(Ld),and the content of protein and free amino acid in SM are 52.6g/100g dryweight and 2.41g/100g dryweight respectively

    研究福建省晋江市潮间带底质、生物体内重金属含量的分布特征及其主要影响因素.结果表明:表层底质重金属除总Hg之外,Cu、Pb、Cd和总Cr含量在河口、半封闭海湾明显高于紧临台湾海峡的海湾及开敞海区,并且,近年来底质的这些重金属含量大多数呈递增趋势;底质的重金属除总Hg之外,其他的含量都与底质类型及有机质含量有较好的相关性;3种经济贝类对重金属的富集能力分别为:牡蛎,缢蛏和蛤对Cu的富集系数分别为nx104,nx103和nx103;3种贝类对Pd和Cd的富集系数均为nx102.This paper is a comprehensive study of concentrations and distribution of Cu, Pb, Cd, total Cr and total Hg in sediments and organisms in the Jinjiang tidal zone.The results show that the concentrations in surFace sediments in estuary and semiopen bay are much higher than that in the bay near to Taiwan strait and open sea, with an exception of total Hg.There is an increasing tendency of concentrations For most of the heavy metals investigated.The concentrations of Cu Pb, Cd and total Cr are in better correlated with types of sedimentary and with concentrations of organic materials.The enrichment coeFFicient of Cu are n×104 For oyster and n×103 For both clam and razor clam, respectively.The enrichment coeFFicients of Pb and Cd both are n×102 For all the three shellFish

    采用14C示踪法和分光光度法,研究甲胺磷对三角褐指藻、球等鞭金藻和盐藻在生长繁殖、光合作用速率和生化组成的生物学效应.实验结果表明,在甲胺磷的胁迫下,3种微藻的生长都受到不同程度的抑制;球等鞭金藻、三角褐指藻和盐藻的72HEC50分别为43.0、15.5和12.5Mg/l.甲胺磷对3种藻类光合作用速率和对球等鞭金藻细胞内的碳水化合物、脂类及蛋白质含量的影响有显著的差别Biological effects of methamidophos on growth, photosynthetic rate and biochemical composition of Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Isochrysis galbana and Dunaliella salina were studied by spectrophotometry and 14 C tracer method.The experimental results indicated that growth of the three species of microalgae was inhibited to some extent under the coercion of methamidophos.The 72hE 50 of Isochrysis galbana, Phaeodactylum tricornutum and Dunaliella salina are 43.0, 15.5 and 12.5 mg/L, respectively.There are notable differences between the influences of methamidophos on photosynthetic rates of the three species of microalgae as well as the contents of carbohydrate, lipid and protein in Isochrysis galbana

    采用(14)C标记技术,测定三角褐指藻光合作用速率及其光合产物生化组成的相对含量。实验结果表明,在常温和适宜的光强围范内,随光强增强,三角褐指藻光合产物中蛋白质百分比减少,碳水化合物百分比增加,脂类相对含量基本不变。当海水氮磷比为16时,藻类蛋白质合成的相对含量最高。光合产物生化组成蛋白质与碳水化合物之比(P/C)的变化可以反映在不同海洋环境下藻类的生长状态。hotosynthetic rates of Phoeodoctylum tricornutum and the relative contents of its biochemical composition of photosynthetic products were determined by (14)C-labelled technique.Experimental results indicated that the percentage of protein of Phaeodactylum tricornutum decreased with the increase of light intensity and that of carbohydrate increased, while that of lipid didn't change much at normal teinperature and within the range of adaptive light intensity.As N/P was 16 in seawater, the relative content of protein was maximum.Variations in protein-carbohydrate ratio(P/C) of biochemical composition of algal photosynthetic products could reFlect its growth conditions in varied marine environments.国家自然科学基

    研究了九龙江河口及相邻海区颗粒有机碳 ( POC)的分布变化特征及 POC与浮游植物生物量的关系。结果表明 ,九龙江河口区和厦门西港 POC的平均含量分别为 762和 793μg C/l。春季 ,河口区的 POC含量高于西港 ,而秋季则相反。春季 ,河口区和西港的 POC含量与ATP(三磷酸腺苷 )含量都呈正相关关系 ,其中 ,浮游植物有机碳 ( POCb)分别占 POC的 4 4 %和 2 2 %。The characteristics of the distribution of particulate organic carbon (POC) and its relationship with phytoplankton biomass are studied.The results show that the average contents of POC in the Xiamen Western Harbour and in the Jiulong jiang River estuary are 762 and 793 μgC/L respectively.The contents of POC in the estuary were higher than those in the Xiamen Western Harbour in spring, but lower in autumn.POC contents were positively correlated to ATP (adenosine triphosphate) both in the estuary and the Xiamen Western Harbour in spring, in which Organic carbon of phytoplankton (POC B) were 44 % and 22 % in POC respectively.福建省自然科学基金资助项目!D9200

    本文用 ̄14C示踪法测定日本对虾糠-3幼体对褶皱臂尾轮虫,卤虫和亚心形扁藻的摄食率、吸收率和利用率;以 ̄3H-葡萄糖和 ̄14C-苯丙氨酸作示踪剂研究人工配合饵料中葡萄糖和氨基酸在日本对虾体内转运和分布。实验结果表明褶皱臂尾轮虫是日本对虾糠-3幼体最适的动物性饵料之一。糠-3幼体对卤虫无节幼体摄食与利用率不高,但适量投放23只/Ml密度的卤虫无节幼体作补充饵料以满足幼体对食物日益增长的需要,有利于幼体的生长。虽然糠-3幼体食性以动物性为主,但单独投放适宜密度亚心形扁藻也能摄食。其利用率可达40%左右。日本对虾的营养物质主要通过中肠被吸收,经血液循环被输送到组织器官。氨基酸更多参与对虾组织构成细胞的成分代谢活动,而葡萄糖则是对虾能量代谢活动的主要来源。Feeding rates,absorption rates and utilization eFFiciency of Brachionus plicatilis,Artemiasalina and Platymonas subcordiFormis by Penaeus japonicus Bate larvae(M_3)were deter-mined with ̄14C-traeer method.Transportation and distribution of glucose and amino acids of artiFicial diets in Penaeus japonicus were studied with ̄3H-glucose and ̄14C-phenylalanine as the tracers.Experimental results suggested that Brachionus plicatilis was one of the most suitable diets For the growth of Penaeus japonicus at mysis-3 stage.Artemia salina could be used as a supplemental Food at denisties of 2-3 individuals/ ml to improve the growth of Penaeus larvae。The unicellular alga, Platymonas subcordiFormis,could also be utilized by the mysis-3 stage larvae when provided alone, and the utilization eFFiciency was about40%。Nutrients were mainly absorbed through mid-gut gland and mid-gut,and then trans ported into tissues and organs by means of blood circulation。Amino acids secm to be activ;in cell metabolism of tissues in Penaeus japonicus,whereas glucose is used as a major source For energy metabolism。国家自然科学基
