No full text目的通过体外实验从新疆蓝刺头3种提取物中筛选出体外抑瘤作用最佳的提取部位。方法MTT法测定样品对肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。结果两批实验均显示新疆蓝刺头乙醚提取物(L1)对HCT-8、BGC823和HeLa细胞的生长有较强的抑制作用,其对3种肿瘤细胞的半数抑制浓度(IC50)平均为763.2、371.8、867.6μg/mL;乙醇提取物(L3)和水提取物(L2)作用较弱。结论新疆蓝刺头乙醚提取部位可能含有其主要的抗肿瘤活性成分
