    在200keV重离子加速器上,使用120keV的H+,He+,N+,Ar+等离子对C60分子薄膜进行了辐射处理,对辐射后C60膜的Raman谱进行了系统地分析研究.离子辐射会影响C60薄膜的结构,不同的辐射注入剂量会使C60分子薄膜产生聚合和非晶碳化现象,这一现象的产生与辐射离子的剂量大小有关,并存在一剂量阈值.研究表明C60分子的聚合与辐射碰撞过程中的电子能损有关,而C60薄膜非晶碳化现象则主要受核能损的影响In this paper, the C 60 films have been implanted at room temperature with 120keV H +, He +,N + and Ar + ions by using a 200keV heavy ion accelerator. After that, the sample are investigated with Raman spectra. The results show that the irradiation by medium energy ion could make C 60 films polymerization and amorphism, also there is certain threshold dose for this phenomena, which relate to interaction between the irradiation ion and C 60 molecule.     利用高能离子注入技术系统地研究了不同剂量、不同种类离子注入对C60薄膜结构的影响,并利用Raman光谱对其结构进行分析.结果表明:中等能量的离子注入会影响C60薄膜的结构,使C60分子薄膜产生聚合和非晶碳化现象,但上述现象的出现与注入离子的剂量大小有关,并存在一注量阈值,只有在此阈值之上,C60薄膜结构才发生改变,研究表明这与注入离子同C60分子之间互作用方式有关C 60 films were irradiatied at room temperature by medium energy(120 360keV) radiation of different ions (H +,He +,N +,Ar +), and the radiation effects were investigated using Raman spectra.
