    American Higher Education Professional Evaluation Is Based on Students' Academic Achievement

    羟基甲氧基苯甲醛在化妆品中起增白作用的研究

    采用酶学动力学方法研究2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛(HMB)对酪氨酸酶的单酚酶和二酚酶活力的抑制效应。结果表明,HMB对酪氨酸酶单酚酶的效应只表现对稳态活力有明显的抑制作用,但对酶作用的迟滞时间没有影响;随着抑制剂浓度增大,单酚酶活力呈指数下降,导致酶活力下降50%的抑制剂浓度(IC50)为0 352mmol·L-1。HMB对二酚酶的抑制作用表现为可逆过程,IC50为0 164mmol·L-1;抑制作用机理研究表明HMB是一种混合型抑制剂,其抑制常数KI和KIS分别为0 131mmol·L-1和0 253mmol·L-1。通过对HMB抑制酪氨酸酶机理的研究,阐明HMB作为化妆品添加剂的增白作用机理

    肉桂酸及其衍生物的抑菌活性研究

    通过琼脂渗透法和最低抑菌浓度(M IC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC/MFC)的测定发现了肉桂酸及其衍生物(p-甲氧基肉桂酸和p-羟基肉桂酸)对常见几种代表菌具有较强的抑制作用.结果表明,p-羟基肉桂酸对细菌类抑菌效果最好,对枯草杆菌的M IC为0.5 mg/mL,MBC为0.75 mg/mL.对真菌类,肉桂酸的抑菌效果最好,对白色假丝酵母菌的M IC为0.125 mg/mL,MFC为0.5 mg/mL.本文通过研究肉桂酸及其衍生物对常见几种菌的抑菌活性,阐明了它们之间的构效关系

    Study on extraction technology of volatile oil from cortex phellodendri by supercritical carbon dioxide

    使用超临界二氧化碳技术对经过超声-微波处理过的黄柏中的挥发油进行萃取,并对萃取工艺进行响应面优化。在单因素预实验的基础上,以萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间为响应因素,黄柏挥发油的萃取量为响应值,根据中心组合(bOX-bEHnkEn)实验设计原理,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,确定各工艺条件对萃取量的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对萃取前、未超声-微波处理超临界萃取后及超声-微波处理超临界萃取后的黄柏进行比较观察,对萃取效果进行了微观解释。结果表明,经过超声-微波处理过的黄柏中的挥发油超临界二氧化碳萃取最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力为34MPA,萃取温度为41℃,萃取时间为66MIn,萃取率达6.03%。The supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of volatile oil from processed cortex phellodendri was optimized by response surface methodology(RSM).According to the principle of Box-Behnken central composite design,extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time were chosen as response factors,extraction mass was chosen as response value,and a three-factor and three level central composite design was adopted to determine the influence of various technological conditions.Using SEM observed the cortex phellodendri before and after extraction,and explained the extraction effects from microcosmic aspect.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction pressure 34MPa,extraction temperature 41℃,extraction time 66min,extraction yield was 6.03%.湖南省科技厅重大专项(2008FJ1007);2010年吉首大学大学生研究性学习与创新性实验计划项目(JSU-CX-2010-49

The crosslinked polymer matrix acted as structure-directing agent in a pyrolyzing process, whereas the functional precursor was converted into the skeleton of the micropatterns.     Asymmetric Migration of Human Keratinocytes under Mechanical Stretch and Cocultured Fibroblasts in a Wound Repair Model

    Keratinocyte migration during re-epithelization is crucial in wound healing under biochemical and biomechanical microenvironment. However, little is known about the underlying mechanisms whereby mechanical tension and cocultured fibroblasts or keratinocytes modulate the migration of keratinocytes or fibroblasts. Here we applied a tensile device together with a modified transwell assay to determine the lateral and transmembrane migration dynamics of human HaCaT keratinocytes or HF fibroblasts. A novel pattern of asymmetric migration was observed for keratinocytes when they were cocultured with non-contact fibroblasts, i.e., the accumulative distance of HaCaT cells was significantly higher when moving away from HF cells or migrating from down to up cross the membrane than that when moving close to HF cells or when migrating from up to down, whereas HF migration was symmetric. This asymmetric migration was mainly regulated by EGF derived from fibroblasts, but not transforming growth factor alpha or beta_1 production. Mechanical stretch subjected to fibroblasts fostered keratinocyte asymmetric migration by increasing EGF secretion, while no role of mechanical stretch was found for EGF secretion by keratinocytes. These results provided a new insight into understanding the regulating mechanisms of two or three-dimensional migration of keratinocytes or fibroblasts along or across dermis and epidermis under biomechanical microenvironment

    微藻的高密度培养是微藻生物资源利用的关键,高效的封闭式光生物反应器是实现藻细胞高密度培养的首要条件和微藻生物技术的发展趋势。本文首先对两种藻细胞培养液中光的衰减规律进行了研究,得到了不同藻细胞浓度下光强随光程距离衰减的数学关联式,能够较好地描述光强在藻液中的变化情况。发现并证明了光的衰减不仅与细胞密度和光程距离有关,而且取决于藻细胞的大小、形态等生物学特性。在文献调研和实验的基础上,设计构建了一套15升内外光源相结合的内环流气升式光生物反应器系统,对反应器的主要性能参数进行了测定,表明该反应器适合于藻细胞高密度培养得要求。以两种不同形态的微藻一丝状体淡水蓝藻鱼腥7120和单细胞海洋蓝藻为对象,进行了蓝藻光自养培养实验,考察了环境因子和反应器操作条件对藻细胞生长的影响。确定了鱼腥藻7120和聚球藻7002优化的培养工艺和操作条件,达到了较高的培养密度,并为进一步培养转基因微藻奠定了基础

    [[abstract]]本研究旨於藉由「創意英語學習走廊建置」,給予學生跨領域之創意發想及實踐,以提升技職生之創造力與英語學習情意。研究對象爲42位科大國企系學生。研究方法採用單組實驗設計,進行實驗教學一學期。資料搜集方式包括問卷調查、文件分析及深入訪談。研究結果顯示,學生作品呈現整體、實用、獨特及抽象等創意特質;在英語學習情意方面(如動機、自信、冒險精神、焦慮等)亦獲得改善;創意英語任務之執行困難,經費不足乃爲主要因素。[[abstract]]This study aimed at enhancing students' creativity and English learning affect by using the creative English task-"Establishment of Creative English Learning Hallway", which provides students with interdisciplinary practice of creativity. Participants in this study are forty-two students majoring in International Trade at a university of Technology. A single-group experimental design was conducted along with questionnaire survey, document analysis and in-depth interviews. Results indicated that students could produce work in accordance with features of creativity (i.e., uniformity, usefulness, originality and abstraction); and that affective factors (such as motivation, self-esteem, risk-taking, anxiety, etc.) related to subjects' English learning were improved. The findings also showed that the major obstacle for the implementation was the lack of budget
