    背後電極を有する微小間隙内を進展する沿面放電特性

    The flashover voltage with a backside electrode below needle was lower than one without a backside electrode. Under μs pulse voltage application, we describe about characteristics of creeping discharge developed in narrow gap with a backside electrode. Using CCD camera and ultra-high speed camera, we observed corona extension process. As a result, in result of the flashover voltage and corona onset voltage, flashover voltage decreased in positive polarity of SF_6 content D=3%. In corona extension using ultra-high speed camera, the peculiar difference were observed on the corona extension process, the corona extension decreased in D=0%, rapid flashover were observed in D=3%.     The investigated electrode configuration was composed of a needle electrode and a plane electrode. The discharge inception voltage rose as the gap length increased. This change on the discharge inception voltage should be affected by changing the electric field. When the electromagnetic wave was measured using a spectrum analyzer, the electromagnetic waves with around 150 MHz were detected in oil. While, the waves with around 50 MHz were detected in air.
