Research on the Influencing Factors of College Students' Online Consumption Behavior
为了引导大学生正确的网络消费,同时也为商家提供合理的网上营销策略,通过网上问卷的形式,对466名在校大学生进行网络消费调查,对回收的数据进行描述性统计分析,对量表进行效度与信度分析,分析结果表明,大多数大学生认为网络购物的可信度在60%~90%,商家信誉与产品质量是大学生最为关注的。To guide the rational consumption of college students on the network,also to contribute reason-able online marketing strategy to businesses,466 college students were investigated by network questionnaireabout on-line consumption. Adescriptive statistical analysis on the reclamation data is carried on,and the validi-ty and reliability of the scale are also evaluated. The analysis results show the majority of the college studentsthought that the creditability of online consumption is 60%~90%. 有害型产品的预售战略
有害型产品或服务在当代社会的消费规模日益增加,日常生活中常见的有害型产品包括自助餐、快餐、手机游戏和赌场等。该类产品的显著特征是:消费时,消费者得到即时的满足感,但其消费的副作用将在未来对消费者产生显著影响。具体消费场景体现为消费者通过手机软件提前订购自助餐、快餐和手游等产品或者服务。基于消费者自我控制理论和厂商预售定价理论,探讨消费者购买决策过程中的行为偏差对厂商预售定价的影响机理。以销售有害型产品厂商为主要研究对象,通过构建行为经济学模型,系统分析消费者当期偏好倾向和消费者过度自信两大消费者行为偏差对厂商的最优定价策略、厂商利润和消费者剩余的影响,进一步考察厂商提供退款承诺对行为偏差和厂商利润关系的调节作用。研究结果表明,①消费者决策过程中的行为偏差显著影响厂商预售定价和退款战略,即在存在消费者行为偏差的情况下,厂商愿意承诺更高的退款金额,并且高的预售价格也未必与高的退款金额紧密相关;②消费者行为偏差既可能增加也可能减少厂商利润水平,而厂商是否提供退款机制显著调节消费者行为偏差与厂商利润之间的关系;③相对于没有退款承诺的情形,提供退款承诺能够帮助厂商获得更多的利润。有害型产品的副作用越大,消费者的过度自信程度越高,从而厂商通过退款承诺获取的利润也越多。此外,消费者在提前购买商品时面临的购买风险既可增加也可减少退款承诺带来的额外收益。研究拓展了传统的预售模型,在考虑消费者行为偏差后,新的模型可以更准确地刻画消费者对于有害型产品的实际购买决策过程。进一步揭示了退款的另一重要作用,即通过打破消费者决策行为的一致性来获取价值。研究结果还可以帮助相关行业管理者洞察消费者行为因素,有针对性地制定营销战略和提升企业绩效水平。国家自然科学基金(71502151)~
Failure to Complete Cross-Border M&As:“To”vs.“From” Emerging Markets

本研究调查涉及新兴市场跨国并购完成的预测因数如何取决于全球扩张的方向,即向发展中市场的入境投资或来自发达市场的出境投资。【Abstract】While cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&As) involving emerging markets have been increasing in recent years, a high percentage collapse before completion. This study investigates how the predictors of cross-border M&A completion involving emerging markets depend upon the direction of global expansion, i.e., investment inbound to a developing market or outbound from a developing market. Analysis based on 15 years of data from four emerging economies, Brazil, Russia, India, and China, from 1995 to 2010,reveals fundamental differences in the predictors of inbound vs. outbound M&A completion. Country-level factors reflecting differences in political, trade,and legal environments strongly affect the completion for inbound M&As, but have a much weaker influence on outbound M&As. By contrast, firm-level factors such as past M&A experience have a significantly stronger effect on
completion for outbound than for inbound M&As. Most interestingly, two deal-level factors (the percentage of stake sought by the acquirer and whether or not the deal is a cash transaction) increase the likelihood of completion for inbound but decrease it for outbound M&As. These findings have important managerial implications for enhancing the success of global expansions
支撑新能源基地电力外送的电源组合优化配置策略研究
新能源基地化开发和电力外送是实现能源电力清洁低碳转型的重要途径。新能源发电间歇性和波动性以及有限的输电走廊资源要求基地配置调节电源以提高新能源电力外送工程的可靠性和源网利用率。提出了基于广域长期历史气象数据,采用时序生产模拟电源扩展优化模型,进行不同送电方案下调节电源与新能源装机优化组合策略的研究方法。以内蒙古沙漠地区新能源基地为例的研究表明,电化学储能为代表的无源型调节电源应配置为外送通道容量的35%左右,从而实现合理的通道利用率和基地发输电经济性;配置有源型调节电源,可实现更高的外送通道利用率。以送电曲线为研究对象,进一步分析了按照新能源出力特性和考虑受端用电月特性送电两种情景下的调节电源需求变化,提出了新能源多基地联合开发、配置可季节性调整的绿电载能产业等解决思路
Effect of Tensor Force on the Halo Structure of 29Ne and 31Ne
The structure of Ne isotopes has been investigated by using deformed skyrme—Hartree—Fock (SHF) method and BCS approximation. Especially the effect of tensor force on the halo structure of 29Ne and 31Ne is discussed. To this end, the tensor contributions are considered to the energy density function and the single particle potential in SHF theory. For comparison, four Skyrme interactions are used: SLy5 and SGII without tensor force, and SLy5+T and SGII+T with tensor force. The results indicate that the inclusion of tensor force shows a more pronounced halo structure for 31Ne.Supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China under Grant Nos. 10975116 and 1127516
纳米颗粒对极化聚合物的非线性驰豫特性的影响研究
以K-M模型和光散射理论为基础,建立了纳米颗粒掺杂改性的PMMA聚合物材料的紫外散射模型,推导出了考虑入射波偏振的理论计算公式,解决了在非线性光学性能的抗老化与聚合物波导的加工之间所存在的矛盾。利用MATLAB编制了基于Mie算法的程序,分析了收敛条件,并对体系纳米粒子的粒径与后向散射系数、吸收系数的定量关系进行理论计算。仿真结果表明,在波长约200-400nm范围内,最佳抗老化效果的粒径集中在20-50nm之间。利用偏振对于粒子散射影响较大的特点,提出用带偏振片的紫外灯来进行波导光刻加工的设想,确定了最佳掺杂颗粒半径35-40nm之间的理想范围。最后,将仿真结果与实验结果进行了对比分析,证实了散射模型和仿真过程的可靠性。“福建省科技计划重点项目(2007H0036)”提供资
Study of kinetics with respect to action of flavonoid from mulberry leaves on inhibition of activity of tyrosinase
采用超声波辅助法,以体积分数为60%的乙醇水溶液从新疆桑叶粉末中提取桑叶黄酮。以l-多巴为底物,采用酶动力学方法研究该提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用。实验结果表明,桑叶黄酮提取物对酪氨酸酶有较强的抑制作用,其IC50为0.2 g·l-1。其对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用表现为可逆效应,抑制类型为混合型抑制,对游离酶的抑制常数(kI)和对酶-底物络合物的抑制常数(kIS)分别为366和873 Mg·l-1。dPPH实验显示新疆桑叶黄酮提取物具有一定的抗氧化作用,对dPPH自由基氧化作用相对活性的IC50为25 Mg·l-1,与VC效果相当。Flavonoid was extracted from powder of mulberry leaves planted in Xinjiang with 60%( vol) ethanol aqueous solution under assistance of ultrasonic wave.Adopting enzymatic kinetic method,inhibitory action of the extract on tyrosinase activity was studied using L- dopa as the substrate.Results showed that the flavonoid extract displays rather strong inhibitory action on activity of tyrosinase.Its IC50 was estimated as 0.2 g·L- 1.The inhibition mechanism was studied and it was found that the reaction is reversible and type of the inhibition belongs to the mixed type,with the inhibition equilibrium constants for inhibitor binding with free enzyme KI and with enzyme- substrate complex KISwere determined as 366 and 873 mg·L- 1respectively.The DPPH( 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) radical test results showed that the flavonoid extract has the antioxidant activity to a certain extent.The IC50 is 25 mg·L- 1that is similar to vitamin C.新疆维吾尔自治区高校科研计划科学研究重点资助项目(XJEDU2012I30); 新疆师范大学校级重点学科招标课题资助项目(XJMB-1
