从《甲渠言部吏毋嫁聚过令者》文书看汉代社会中的婚俗奢靡问题

《甲渠言部吏毋嫁聚过令者》文书 ,是居延戍军执行朝廷关于限制吏民嫁娶费用法令而形成的原始记录。通过与《汉书》所载相参证 ,我们可知该文书形成于东汉初年窦融割据河西时期 ,而有关的法令则是西汉末年王莽执政时颁布的“吏民嫁娶之品”的部分内容。在两汉时期 ,婚俗奢靡是一个严重的社会问题 ,给社会各阶层 ,尤其是占人口大多数的中下层人民的生活造成了很大危害。王莽法令中公布的这个吏民阶层的嫁娶费用标准 ,与该阶层人士的普遍收入水平相适应 ,具有合理性 ,因而得到了长期的执行。形成于东汉初年的《甲渠言部吏毋嫁聚过令者》文书 ,就是对这种情况的真实反
