Remained or Repealed of Penal Code 306:Listen to the Legal Professional Persons' Opinions

刑法第306条(又称律师伪证罪)从其诞生之日起就面临着当存还是当废的巨大争议,这些争议或来自学理或来自实践中的相关利益群体。2009年底至2010年初的李庄案再次使得这一争论从幕后转至台前。通过考察法律职业人对第306条的真实态度,可以深入地发掘争议背后的社会因素:即司法机关观念上的误区;诉讼结构的不合理;追诉程序上的瑕疵,从而从实体和程序上为刑法第306条的未来寻求一条理性的出路———存而慎用。Penal Code 306 has been faced with controversy which should be remained or be repealed all the times from its birth which is from theories or interests groups in practice.This controversy is made from backstage to stage because of case of Li Zhuang which happened from late 2009 to early 2010.We can deeply explore the social factors behind the controversy : misunderstanding of judicial organization;unreasonable of criminal structure;and defect of prosecution procedure through investigating the legal professional persons' attitude to Penal Code 306 to find a reasonable way for the Penal Code 306' s future——remained and applied cautiously.美国麦克阿瑟基金会研究项目---

Medium optimization for Schizochytrium sp. to produce docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)

以筛选得到的Schizochytrium sp.菌株作为研究对象,考察了培养基碳源、氮源对该菌株生物量的影响,通过响应面法建立了菌体生物量与葡萄糖、酵母粉以及玉米浆浓度之间的关系,得到较佳培养基组成为:126g/L葡萄糖、10g/L酵母膏、2g/L玉米浆、5g/L蛋白胨、0.5倍浓度自然海水1L。摇瓶发酵结果表明:在5d培养时间,Schizochytriumsp.生物量、积累油脂以及DHA分别可达42.9、34.1、13.8g/L。One strain of Schizochytrium sp.was selected as the mode microorganism to evaluate the influences of carbon and nitrogen resource on the biomass.By employing response surface method,the relationship between biomass and nutrients was founded and the optimized culture medium for Schizochytrium sp.was determined.The optimized medium consisted of 126 g/L glucose,10 g/L yeast extract,2 g/L corn steep liquor,5 g/L soy peptone and half the salt concentration of seawater 1 L.The maximum biomass,total fatty acid and DHA reached 42.9 g/L,34.1 g/L and 13.8 g/L on the optimized culture medium after 5 days incubation,respectively

紫杉醇简化预处理方案治疗晚期恶性肿瘤18例次临床报告

目的　为了简化紫杉醇静脉化疗预处理方案 ,提高工作效率。方法　化疗方案 :18例次均采用紫杉醇+顺铂方案 ;紫杉醇预处理方案 :于应用紫杉醇前 30分钟给予地塞米松 2 0 m g静脉点滴 ,同时给予西米替丁 30 0 mg静脉推注 ,苯海拉明 5 0 mg肌肉注射。结果　 1例膀胱浸润性移行细胞癌达到 CR,2例肺鳞状细胞癌达到 PR,1例肺腺癌 PD,1例鼻咽低分化鳞癌 PD,2例乳腺癌 PD;1例乳腺癌患者是术后辅助化疗 ,不能评价疗效。毒副反应 :(1)骨髓抑制 : 度 2例次 , 度 1例次 ,发生率 16 %。 (2 )脱发 :有 16例次出现 ,发生率 89%。 (3)关节和肌肉酸痛 :有2例次发生 ,发生率 11%。 (4)周围神经病变 :2例次出现肢端麻木。全组未出现 1例过敏反应。结论　建议在给予紫杉醇静脉化疗时 ,从第三周期起常规采用简化预处理方案 ,这样可简化患者服药次数 ,简化工作程序 ,提高工作效
