At global level, there are various organizations which are constantly concerned with the analysis of the latest manifestations and evolution of cybercrime, setting up work groups to develop strategies for the prevention and fight of cybercrimes. Besides these international organizations which act globally, several other organizations focus on certain regions, dealing with issues related to cybercrime.cybercrime, organizations, declaration, resolution, convention

The aim of this paper consisted in evaluating the intoxication cases and their dynamics during the active beekeeping season of 2019 for Apis mellifera carpathica bees monitored in a program for the prevention of infectious and non-infectious diseases. Following the corroboration of the anamnestic data with the morphoclinical data, suspicion of intoxication with toxic feed (pollen), chemicals (pesticides) and medicinal products (antiparasitic products) was established, excluding other causes of illness. During the period of the study, 113 apiaries from different geographic areas of Romania were monitored; counting a number of 7007 bee families, and was identified a number of 18 apiaries (16%) with susceptibility of intoxication, including a number of 1582 bee families (22.57%). The percentage dynamics of the intoxication cases in the studied bee families was the following: 34.07% intoxication with toxic food, 59.6% intoxication with chemical substances and 6.33% intoxication with drugs. We mention that this proportion of the intoxication was on the background of an active beekeeping season in 2019 with many rainfall and extreme weather phenomena

Avoiding Double Taxation Through The Assessment of International Tax Treties. Case: ESP’s versus Anaf Braşov

International double taxation represents one of the main problems’ for which taxpayers have to deal within a world fulfilled with globalization, uncertainty, risk, asymmetrical information and moral hazard. In this sense, in this article it is provided a qualitative overview regarding the appearance and evolution of the main double taxation conventions and their legal framework. In this article it is tackled some important issues, namely: the rationale behind the construction and engaging in double taxation conventions; the need for a coherent and just application of those conventions; the historical appearance and evolution of the double taxation conventions, as well as the quid pro quo OECD Model Convention and UN Model Convention. The conclusions of this article highlight the importance and ultimately need for construction of best practices new and complex multilateral tax convention at the UE level in order to diminish the contagious effects of the treaty shopping practices. The case study presented in this article from the Romanian jurisprudence highlights the multi-faced concept of double taxation and the comprehension approach which must be undertaken in order to solve the complex issues of the international taxation via double taxation treaties

Abstract Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), Aujeszky's disease virus (ADV) and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae are among the principal agents of respiratory diseases of pigs. PRRS can manifest as lowered farrowing rates, a marked increase in abortions, stillborn, mummified and weak live born piglets and deaths. However, in some herds, infection is asymptomatic. Aujeszky’s disease is a contagious viral disease caused by a herpesvirus called Pseudorabies virus and After exposure to the airborne virus, it can remain latent in the body, ready for subsequent reactivation at times of stress or immunosuppression. Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae occurs worldwide and causes a chronic infectious pneumonia of pigs that is characterized by a persistent dry cough, decreased growth rate, and sporadic respiratory distress. In this study we have made a serological investigation on 104 samples collected from households in six localities from Iasi County. The investigation was performed in order to assess the seroprevalence of specific IgG anti PRRS virus and anti Aujeszky's disease virus(ADV) glycoprotein E. The positive samples for ADV and PRRSV were tested for the detection of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae antibodies. The overall seroprevalence was 4,8% for PRRS, respectively 15,38 % for ADV. Three samples were identified as positive for both pathogens. None of the seropositive animals for PRRS or ADV seroconverted for M. hyopneumoniae. This study demonstrated the circulation of ADV and PRRSV in backyard pigs from Iași County

Prof. Madjid Samii is an internationally recognized neurosurgeon who has conquered the highest levels of 21st-century neurosurgery. Born in Iran, he decided to take medical courses at the University of Mainz, Hanover, Germany. He earned his medical degree in 1963, marking the highest achievable score, and started his residency, guided by Emeritus Professor Dr Kurt Schurmann. Numerous various surgeries and studies that reshaped the field of neurosurgery describe his career. Starting with a publication regarding a new technique, pneumencephalotomography, he has steadily been ascending, studying and writing about cranial nerves, developing the surgery of the skull base and proving that the transnasal approach is preferred in clivus chondromas. Prof. Madjid Samii founded, 1990, the Foundation of National and Continental Skull Base Societies, and since 2001, he has been the Honorary President of the World Federation of Neurosurgery Societies(WFNS). Not only was he successful in his scientific path, but he also gave an example for the future generation of what astonishing results can be obtained with hard work, commitment, and a leader's spirit. He wanted to take worldwide neurosurgery to a whole new level, so he came up with an idea, the concept of an international neuro-excellence centre, which quickly became the reality of the International Neuroscience Institute of Hanover.&nbsp

Thermal Maturity and Kerogen Type of Badenian Dispersed Organic Matter from the Getic Depression, Romania

The aim of this study is to evaluate the thermal maturity of Upper Badenian (Middle Miocene) petroleum source rocks of the Getic Depression, Romania, and to characterize the dispersed organic matter using organic petrography associated with Rock-Eval pyrolysis. A total of 33 core samples of Upper Badenian source rocks from the central–southern part of Getic Depression was studied. The results show that most samples with values of total organic carbon (TOC) o%) ranging between 0.41% and 0.55%, and the values of Tmax between 409 °C and 443 °C. Optical microscopy with reflected white light and fluorescence blue light was used for identification of terrigenous macerals (vitrinite, liptinite as, resinite, cutinite, sporinite, and inertinite) associated with marine liptinite macerals (telalginite and lamalginite) showing yellow and bright–yellow epifluorescence

Acute Myocardial Infarction in Patients with Hereditary Thrombophilia—A Focus on Factor V Leiden and Prothrombin G20210A

    No full text
Factor V (FV) Leiden and prothrombin G20210A are the most common hereditary thrombophilias. While their role in venous thromboembolism is well known, there are still uncertainties regarding their relationship with arterial thrombotic events, especially coronary ones. Our research, based on an in-depth analysis of the available literature, provides up-to-date information on the relationship between FV Leiden and prothrombin G20210A and acute myocardial infarction. FV Leiden and prothrombin G20210A screening should be implemented only in select cases, such as acute coronary syndrome in young individuals and/or in the absence of traditional cardiovascular risk factors and/or in the absence of significant coronary artery stenosis at angiography. Their identification should be followed by the implementation of optimal control of modifiable traditional cardiovascular risk factors to reduce the risk of recurrent events and genotyping and genetic counseling of all family members of affected cases for proper prophylaxis. An extended dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) may be considered, given the lower risk of bleeding under DAPT conferred by FV Leiden
