Production of women´s clothing

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je návrh průmyslové haly na výrobu značkové konfekce v Brně – Židenicích. Pozemek ve svažitém terénu mi nabídl způsob, jakým orientovat komplex 3 budov – výrobní haly, přidružených skladů a pomocného technického zázemí tak, aby byl plně využit výhled na Brno. Proto je část výrobní haly vykonzolována a orientací prosklené fasády se přizpůsobuje okolí. Hlavními ideami bylo tedy využít výhledu a sdružit budovy tak, aby byl výrobní proces plynulý a co nejekonomičtější, přitom vybudovat vyhovující zázemí pro zaměstnance a v neposlední řadě i esteticky působit na lidi jak uvnitř, tak venku.The theme of my bachelor project is design of industrial factory producing women´s clothing in Brno – Zidenice. Building site in sloping terrain is used for right orientation of 3 buildings – an industrial hall, an affiliated storehouse and an auxiliary technic base. Part of the industrial hall is cantilevered and also the orientation reacts with the environs. Main ideas were to use the view and to group building to optimize producing process, also to build up satisfactory base for employees, as well as to impress people inside and outside the factory.

Usage of documentary payment instruments in financing the international trade

The objective of the diploma thesis is to describe the documentary payment instruments mainly their legal regulation, define their main advantages and disadvantages in connection with foreign trade, describe the types of these payment instruments, define participants of the relationships, the future development of both instruments etc. After the theoretical part the analysis of the documentary payment instruments under chosen criteria is performed. The total volumes of letter of credits issued and confirmed by three czech banks within period 1997 -- 2007 are compared and the trends of their development are theoretically explained. The bank fees regarding to letter of credits and documentary collections are compared as well
