Implications from a cult location of winter tourism: The case of MooserWirt in Sankt Anton
Many people go outdoors in winter for skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowmobiling and some other activities that all fall within the realm of winter tourism. Winter tourism is a source of both personal and public health, and thus a source of prosperous living. Along with that, it is a conspicuous economic phenomenon that generates millions of dollars in annual revenue for stakeholders. Hence, this type of tourism is of top importance, and thus one of the main concerns to many snowy destinations with high altitudes such as those in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Turkey. Stakeholders such as entrepreneurs, business professionals, state incumbents, and tourism, leisure, and sports scholars should benefit from both precedent and unprecedented principles and practices to cultivate the industry, and they should constantly seek to improve the winter tourism experience. Therefore, it is aimed to drive implications from the success of a cult winter tourism location MooserWirt in Sankt Anton herein by depending on a web-based examination.
MooserWirt is an après-ski bar located in a world-famous village and ski resort called St Anton at the Arlberg Massif in Austria. The bar is open in winter seasons starting from early December to the end of April. It serves daily between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. up to three thousand people. The bar team starts serving food and beverage at 11 a.m. Then at 3:30 p.m., the bar’s magnate –DJ starts his ritual music party that captivates and amuses hundreds if not thousands of ski-goers.
MooserWirt is regarded as one of the best après ski lodges throughout the world. Many people would ask for the principles of such a success. By depending on a web-based examination of the case, we can respond to that kind of a call with a few generic implications. First of all, one of the main features that makes the bar special seems to be its music parties. People mostly comment that the bar has a music mogul –DJ, and enjoyable mixtures of music that charm the audience. Furthermore, the bar has heretofore hosted the prominent TV show known as Après Ski Hits featuring various famed singers and bands on outdoor stage performance many times to commence the season. Secondly, many people acknowledge that the bar has an eye-catching menu with delightful foods and beverages of local ingredients with a reasonable tariff. Third, we deduce that the bar serves with an agile and friendly team that satisfies the customers in general. Various people appreciate the performance of the staff. Last but not least, the bar has an elegant architectural design with a comfortable ambiance enclosed by a typical winter landscape. Overall, MooserWirt is a quality locale as it commonly meets the expectations of skiers of an après-ski lodge.
In conclusion, MooserWirt has been seemingly building up a tradition through quality over the decades. It is distinctive through product differentiation. It serves with dedicated personnel adhering to quality service that generates customer satisfaction, and it uses a powerful marketing strategy that leads to having worldwide visibility and being a mind-anchored brand with preeminence
On the development of the Papaloizou-Pringle instability of the black hole-torus systems and quasi-periodic oscillations
We present the numerical study of dynamical instability of a
pressure-supported relativistic torus, rotating around the black hole with a
constant specific angular momentum on a fixed space-time background, in case of
perturbation by a matter coming from the outer boundary. Two dimensional
hydrodynamical equations are solved at equatorial plane using the HRSCS to
study the effect of perturbation on the stable systems. We have found that the
perturbed torus creates an instability which causes the gas falling into the
black hole in a certain dynamical time. All the models indicate an oscillating
torus with certain frequency around their instant equilibrium. The dynamic of
the accreted torus varies with the size of initial stable torus, black hole
spin and other variables, such as Mach number, sound speed, cusp location of
the torus, etc. The mass accretion rate is slightly proportional to the
torus-to-hole mass ratio in the black hole-torus system, but it strongly
depends on the cusp location of the torus. The cusp located in the
equipotential surfaces of the effective potential moves outwards into the
torus. The dynamical change of the torus increases the mass accretion rate and
triggers the Papaloizou-Pringle instability. It is also observed that the
growth of the mode of the Papaloizou-Pringle instability occurs for a
wide range of fluid and hydrodynamical parameters and a black hole spin. We
have also computed the QPOs from the oscillating relativistic torus.Comment: 14 Pages, 14 Figures, High resolution version of Figs.1 and 7 can be

Down-converter for GPS applications
An RF down/up converter system is presented for indoor GPS applications. Transmission of GPS signals directly into indoor environments are limited and in some cases prohibited for regular operation of GPS system. However, ISM frequency bands, especially 433MHz can be used to retransmit
the GPS signals to indoors. In this paper, RF down-converter building blocks are designed and implemented for sending GPS signals in ISM band. The down-converter system has heterodyne architecture which has LNAs, mixer, oscillator and filters. Received signals from the satellites are amplified, downconverted, filtered and again amplified. The overall performance of the designed system is 54.3dB gain and 2 dB noise figure while it is drawing 78mA current with 3V supply
The impact of foreign players on international football performance
I investigate the impact of foreign players on international football performance of club teams and national teams in this paper. My empirical findings show that foreign players have a positive effect on club teams’ international performance. Howewer, foreign players don’t have any effect on performance of national teams.Football; Foreign players
Some generalizations on the univalence of an integral operator and quasiconformal extensions
By using the method of Loewner chains, we establish some sufficient
conditions for the analyticity and univalency of functions defined by an
integral operator. Also, we refine the result to a quasiconformal extension
criterion with the help of Beckers's method.Comment: 12 pages, submitted to a journal for publication (19 April 2012
An exploration of hospitality management competencies in Turkey through content analysis of the job ads
This paper reports on the hospitality management competencies required to be
assigned to a management position in Turkey. The study found out a number of
competencies with top priority ranging from 82.1 to 21.4 percent extracted from job ads
on the most browsed career websites in Turkey by employing a content analysis as the
research method. These core competencies were delineated in the five domains of
Sandwith’s Competency Domain Model in order to discover how they pertained to the
theory. The in-depth analysis rendered the whole range of domains particularly
leadership, technical and interpersonal, partly conceptual/creative and administrative.
The study concluded that recruiters mainly look for managers with leadership, technical
and interpersonal competencies in Turkey
