DETERMINATION OF THE BTEX GROUP AROMATIC HYDROCACBONS IN WATER AND IN AIR BY GC METHOD USING SOLID-PHASE DYNAMIC MICROEXTRACTION (SPDME) Solid-phase dynamic microextraction (SPDME) is a modified method of fiber solid-phase microextraction (SPME). The method involves the sorption of analytes onto a thin film of stationary phase, which is coated on inner surface of a syringe needle followed by desorption of analytes from a sample into a chromatographie injector for analysis. A great advantage of SPDME over fiber of SPME, the SPDME is impossible to damage mechanically. In addition, the volume of the stationary phase of SPDME needle is larger than that of SPME fiber many times. Relying on that, we can increase the amount of analyte and sensitivity of analytical method. The study on SPDME technique based on SPME is a new modification and contribution to improve sample preparation technique for chromatographic analysis. Various hexahydropyrazine[1,2b]isoquinolines were synthesized as simplified saframycin analogues, this compound isolated from Streptomyces lavendulae, belong to a family of microbial fermentation products with a remarkable antiproliferative activity. Construction of this core proceeded through tetrahydroisoquinoline synthesis followed by acylation/alkylation of the tetrahydroisoquinoline nitrogen and subsequent ring closure using various aliphatic and aromatic amines. All these compounds can be considered as dimers of structurally less complex tetrahydroisoquinoline subunits. Synthesis of these kinds of simplified analogues has received little attention as most work focuses on total synthesis. Phát triển các thuộc tính cảm quan trong đánh giá độ tươi sản phẩm phi lê cá lóc (Channa striata) bằng phương pháp QIM và Torry

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm mục đích phát triển các thuộc tính cảm quan cho đánh giá độ tươi của sản phẩm phi lê cá lóc bằng phương pháp QIM (quality index method) và Torry, đồng thời áp dụng đánh giá độ tươi của sản phẩm phi lê cá lóc bao gói chân không bảo quản lạnh ở nhiệt độ 2-4°C. Bảng mô tả cảm quan theo phương pháp QIM đã được phát triển gồm 5 thuộc tính: màu sắc mặt da, màu sắc mặt thịt, trạng thái cấu trúc, mùi và độ dính của mặt thịt với tổng số điểm chỉ số chất lượng QI (quality index) là 12. Kết quả áp dụng bảng mô tả chỉ số chất lượng QI vào đánh giá độ tươi của sản phẩm phi lê cá lóc bao gói chân không bảo quản lạnh ở nhiệt độ 2-4°C cho thấy, điểm QI tương quan tuyến tính với thời gian bảo quản (QI =0,799*thời gian bảo quản + 0,6241, R2=0,9605). Điểm cảm quan Torry của thịt cá lóc nấu chín tương quan tuyến tính với thời gian bảo quản. Căn cứ vào điểm Torry thì thời hạn sử dụng của sản phẩm phi lê cá lóc là 13 ngày, tương ứng với chỉ số chất lượng QI là 11.
