This paper is based on security of E-commerce web sites. It uses web mining technology for providing security on e-commerce web sites. The connection between web mining security and ecommerce analyzed based on user behavior on web . Different web mining algorithms and security algorithm are used to provide security on e-commerce web sites. Based on customer behavior web mining algorithms like page rank algorithm and trust rank algorithm is used for developing web mining framework in e-commerce web sites. This application will develop false hit database algorithm and nearest neighbor algorithm to provide security on e-commerce web site. It will also develop page rank & trust rank algorithm for providing security on e-commerce site

E-commerce development and applications have been bringing the Internet to business and marketing and reforming our current business styles and processes. The rapid development of the Web, in particular, the introduction of the semantic web and web service technologies, enables business processes, modeling and management to enter an entirely new stage. Traditional web based business data and transactions can now be analyzed, extracted and modeled to discover new business rules and to form new business strategies, let alone mining the business data in order to classify customers or products. In this paper, we investigate and analyze the business integration models in the context of web services using a micro-payment system because a micro-payment system is considered to be a service intensive activity, where many payment tasks involve different forms of services, such as payment method selection for buyers, security support software, product price comparison, etc. We will use the micro-payment case to discuss and illustrate how the web services approaches support and transform the business process and integration model.

[[abstract]]Due to the popularization of Internet and World Wide Web (WWW), thelimitation of distance and region are broken for business behaviors.E-Commerce can help a company or enterprise to extend its market placeto unlimited region. Agent technique is one of the importanttechnologies developed to support the Internet applications.Especially, the Internet and WWW technologies broken the limitation ofspace of enterprise marketing, and the agent techniques solve theproblems of temporality. Because of when the users are off-line, theagents are still active in the world of computer network and play therole of their users. In this paper, a mechanism is proposed forelectronic marketplace based on agents and mobile agents. There aresome issues will be researched. They include the platform of mobileagents, the types and classifications of agents and mobile agents, behaviors of commerce transactions and processing models, negotiationmechanisms, authentication and security, ...etc. Moreover, theyinclude the techniques of information retrieval, data mining, andknowledge base, ...etc. Based on this architecture of E-marketplace,the applications of E-commerce will be more effective, easier todevelop, and more creating the marketing of business.[[sponsorship]]淡江大學[[notice]]補正完畢[[conferencetype]]國際[[conferencetkucampus]]淡水校園[[conferencedate]]20010926~20010928[[booktype]]紙本[[iscallforpapers]]Y[[conferencelocation]]臺北縣, 臺

We investigate e-commerce success factors concerning their impact on the success of commerce transactions between businesses companies. In scientific literature, many e-commerce success factors are introduced. Most of them are focused on companies' website quality. They are evaluated concerning companies' success in the business-to- consumer (B2C) environment where consumers choose their preferred e-commerce websites based on these success factors e.g. website content quality, website interaction, and website customization. In contrast to previous work, this research focuses on the usage of existing e-commerce success factors for predicting successfulness of business-to-business (B2B) ecommerce. The introduced methodology is based on the identification of semantic textual patterns representing success factors from the websites of B2B companies. The successfulness of the identified success factors in B2B ecommerce is evaluated by regression modeling. As a result, it is shown that some B2C e-commerce success factors also enable the predicting of B2B e-commerce success while others do not. This contributes to the existing literature concerning ecommerce success factors. Further, these findings are valuable for B2B e-commerce websites creation

Modern business is rushing toward e-commerce. If the transition is done properly, it enables better management, new services, lower transaction costs and better customer relations. Success depends on skilled information technologists, among whom are statisticians. This paper focuses on some of the contributions that statisticians are making to help change the business world, especially through the development and application of data mining methods. This is a very large area, and the topics we cover are chosen to avoid overlap with other papers in this special issue, as well as to respect the limitations of our expertise. Inevitably, electronic commerce has raised and is raising fresh research problems in a very wide range of statistical areas, and we try to emphasize those challenges.Comment: Published at http://dx.doi.org/10.1214/088342306000000204 in the Statistical Science (http://www.imstat.org/sts/) by the Institute of Mathematical Statistics (http://www.imstat.org

The Internet technology has brought about a significant impact in doing business. It promotes the new way of doing business by enabling new system such as electronic commerce (e-commerce) to the worldwide users. Currently, the e-commerce system does not only provide electronic transactions like online payment, electronic cart shopping and ordering, and online tracking, but it must also be able to support a good relationship with their customers by providing a creative way in its business operations. It is because of many organizations having to maintain their customers by serving a good customer satisfaction. Lack understanding of the customers will cause an organization loss their customers and then would loss the company profit. This paper demonstrates the development of e-commerce system by focusing on the use of a Priori algorithm as supported feature in our e-commerce system. The feature is included to increase a good customer relationship management for the proposed system. It is hoped the proposed prototype would illustrate some practical ideas on how much advantages can be benefited from the e-commerce system and customer relationship management
