Desain Dan Implementasi Sistem Online Gudang Pada PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Regional Jawa Tengah Dan D.I YOGYAKARTA
The information system that can provide complete, accurate information in an integrated way with the ability to reach all people in the system is very important. The criteria are not fulfilled by the warehouse management system on PT. PLN (Persero), distribution of Central Java and Special Region of Yogyakarta. Some districts are not reached by the information system technology; some of them still use Microsoft Office Excel to manage the goods in the warehouse. . So, communication up to rayon is not good, rayon and area are so hard to exchange information, transaction between rayon and area is not quick. this case cause procurement goods is hampered, and this make direct impact to unfinished project . Therefore, the online system of this warehouse can solve the flaw of the old system. The Warehouse Online System is the ASP.Net-based web application. This development process uses Microsoft Visual Studio as the development tools. An information system is not separable from the database as the information data storage; Warehouse Online System uses Oracle as the Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). The Warehouse Online System is suitable with the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) of PT. PLN (Persero). Through Warehouse Online System, the distributors from the area or district can be integrated to communicate, to do the transaction on the material in the warehouse, and to get the access of the user based on their task and authority. Based on the Black Box test, the functions on Warehouse Online System function like what is expected. The maintenance process is still needed to improve the system in the future
Warehouse Logistics
This research is a review of warehouse logistics on the example of Kannustalo Oy, located in Kannus, Western region of Finland. Kannustalo is an international company of designing, manufacturing and assembling block and turn-key houses.
The research subject is logistics process in warehouse system of industrial company. In my work I discussed about theoretical aspect of logistics, logistic functions and processes. Later I considered warehouse as a part of logistics system and provided information about logistics process in the warehouse. By implementation of ABC-analyze, I analyzed the storage system in Kannustalo Oy.
As the result of the research, the suggested solutions were prepared for improving quality of warehouse system in Kannustal
Solutions for decision support in university management
The paper proposes an overview of decision support systems in order to define the role of a system to assist decision in university management. The authors present new technologies and the basic concepts of multidimensional data analysis using models of business processes within the universities. Based on information provided by scientific literature and on the authors’ experience, the study aims to define selection criteria in choosing a development environment for designing a support system dedicated to university management. Warehouse Layout Method Based on Ant Colony and Backtracking Algorithm
Warehouse is one of the important aspects of a company. Therefore, it is
necessary to improve Warehouse Management System (WMS) to have a simple
function that can determine the layout of the storage goods. In this paper we
propose an improved warehouse layout method based on ant colony algorithm and
backtracking algorithm. The method works on two steps. First, it generates a
solutions parameter tree from backtracking algorithm. Then second, it deducts
the solutions parameter by using a combination of ant colony algorithm and
backtracking algorithm. This method was tested by measuring the time needed to
build the tree and to fill up the space using two scenarios. The method needs
0.294 to 33.15 seconds to construct the tree and 3.23 seconds (best case) to
61.41 minutes (worst case) to fill up the warehouse. This method is proved to

(Proposed Warehouse Relocation Using Warehouse Management System at PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi ) Industrial textiles and textile products (TPT) has grown to become one of the ten largest export commodity in Indonesia. PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi is one of the major companies textiles that are in Semarang. Along with the growth of this company, there are some problems caused by the arrangement and management system in the warehouse. This company not yet implementation of warehouse management system in PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi and it one of factor the emergence of many problems in warehousing systems, not only cause loss of material, but also losses of waste produced by companies such waste in terms of place, a waste of time needed by the operator in finding the required items and the other. To find the solution of these problems, PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi used the method of Warehouse Management System by implementing of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) the arrangement using the FIFO method to facilitate data collection in, implementation of SOP Naming standardized Card Item and Information Card to facilitate an integrated data collection system, implementation of the flow of goods in and out at the Warehouse PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi to facilitate material handling and reducing waste, and carried out monitoring and periodic evaluation of the system arrangement in the Warehouse.
