Background: At the time of menstruation is very necessary self care to keep and maintain the hygiene during the menstruation, especially the vulva hygiene. Vulva hygiene behavior considerations in young women are still very low, such as the indolence of replacing sanitary pad that can cause the vagina irritation. It causes because of the lack of young women’s knowledge about vulva hygiene during the menstruation. Aim: The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of young women’s knowledge against the management behavior of vulva hygiene during menstruation in grade X and XI students at SMA Xaverius 2 Palembang. Method: This study uses the analytical survey method with cross sectional apporoach and sampling with total sampling as much 108 respondents. Result: The results of this found is 73 (67,6%) have good knowledge and 35 (32,4%) have less knowledge. Whereas good behavior as much as 84 (77,8) and 25 (23,1%) have less behavior. From the results of chi square test, obtained, there is correlation of young women’s knowledge against the management behavior of vulva hygiene during menstruation with p value is 0,002. Providing counseling about vulva hygiene during menstruation is very necessary to provide in improving the knowledge and behavior of young women about vulva hygiene management

Variabel bebas pengetahuan tentang vulva hygiene, variabel tergantung perilaku vulva hygiene.

Adult females of the five Central European wolf spiders Trochosa hispanica Simon, 1870, T. robusta (Simon, 1876), T. ruricola (De Geer, 1778), T. spinipalpis (F. O. P.-Cambridge, 1895), and T. terricola Thorell, 1856 were morphologically analysed. We defined sets of continuous and binary (presence/absence) variables. Continuous data of various epigynal and carapace dimensions were subjected to Principal Components Analysis (PCA). Using the PC loadings each individual was plotted along the PC axis in order to find gaps/overlaps between the species. The binary data sets were subjected to Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) in order to find characters that clearly separate the five Trochosa species. Using PCA only individuals of T. robusta and T. ruricola and of T. robusta and T. hispanica could be separated from each other. Using HCA all five species could clearly be separated by epigynal and vulval characteristics

The objective of this study was to know the complications following vulvectomy and inguinofemoral lymphadenectomy including the time taken to complete wound healing. 42 patients who were subjected to either radical or modified radical vulvectomy for primary and inguinofemoral lymphadenectomy (80 groins) for groin metastases were analysed retrospectively. The complications analysed were wound breakdown, wound cellulitis or infection, lymphocyst, limb edema and the time to wound healing. In a total of 80 inguinofemoral lymphadenectomies 55% had wound breakdown, 17.5% had wound infection/cellulitis, lymphocyst in 31%, limb edema in 36% and time taken for complete wound healing ranged from 10-134 (average 46 days). Overall post operative morbidity was 85%

Detailed studies on Bursaphelenchus xylophilus are provided in this contribution. Comparative observations between field and cultured populations of this species demonstrated significant size differences: cultured specimens overall displayed larger size in all morphometric parameters. A principal component analysis (PCA) of the individuals undergoing moulting allowed their separation in four groups namely J2-J3, J3-J4, J4F-F, and J4M-M; gonad length mean values of these four groups made possible to distinguish the non-moulting groups J2, J3, J4F, J4M and adults. Seven Bursaphelenchus species (B. hellenicus, B. leoni, B. pinasteri, B. sexdentati, B. teratospicularis, B. tusciae and B. xylophilus), associated with Pinus pinaster in Portugal, were charaterized, including biometrical measurements and ratios as well excised spicules observed under SEM; furthermore, B. hellenicus, B. pinasteri, B. sexdentati, B. tusciae and B. xylophilus were characterised on the basis of their ITS-RFLP profiles. B. sexdentati and B. xylophilus were the only species found in high numbers in some of the samples
