Virtual laboratory is a complicated system that consists of a lot of hardware and software tools. The laboratory was created in order to improve the quality of education in the fields of geoinformatics and information technologies. The laboratory provides scientific support of the educational process, integration of innovative research and educational activities. During the course of self-study, students have the opportunity to communicate with each other, and thereby to develop the skills of collective work on large projects using modern and advanced information technology. The students work with knowledge base on the three levels of control: training testing; control testing with evaluation of knowledge; final testing, the results of which automatically generates an academic records. The laboratory provides comprehensive support for the scientific and educational activities – from training sessions (lectures, seminars etc.) with the use of modern educational technology to independent research work of students. In addition, the laboratory is the technological basis for further development and approbation of the concept of electronic research and educational complex: the methodologies of design and creation of hardware, software, information and organizational support, experimental evaluation of the complexity of the implementation of the developed architecture, evaluating the effectiveness of new educational technologies. A variety of different hardware and software tools allow to create a variety of educational routes. The composition and structure of the virtual laboratory is discussed. Experience of using the system is presented. The description of the curriculums and practical works is given

Current education has undergone various modifications, especially with the appearance of COVID-19 in the world. Among the technological tools that support the didactic activity is simulation software; These allow to carry out virtual laboratory practices that complement the learning and allow demonstrating theoretical principles. In this article, a documentary analysis was carried out on the use of software in digital electronics, a common agenda of digital electronic matter of the degrees offered by the Tecnológico Nacional de México was elaborated. Finally, an analysis of the use of the software determined towards the subject in question was carried out and a relationship was established that indicates the level of adequacy. Learning styles were identified in the group of surveyed students, and their relationship with the level of satisfaction and achievement of the software.

It is highly important to finish the experiments while learning the course of digital circuit design is to confirm the theoretical knowledge in the experiment, which makes the learning process an extremely good expansion. However, in the actual situation, digital design laboratories are often in short supply, which is mainly reflected in its spatial limitations, the limitations on the number of instruments and instrument stability limitations, especially in some poor and developing countries. This paper designed a mobile virtual laboratory application (VL-APP) for learning digital design to help students perform virtual experiments to conduct new thoughts anywhere and anytime, which also support anyone familiar with the instruments used in the digital area. It mainly aims at the simulation experiment of a specific experiment in the digital design experiment, and provides the model and script basis for the users to design the experiment independently. Selecting Unity3D and 3ds-max for the software platform, Android for the test installation environment, the APP testing results showed that it is good enough to be applied right now
