    Using engaging and entertaining learning tools and techniques inside and outside the classroom has become imperative in order to ensure, amongst others, subject-matter retention for the scholars of today. These technologies are not restricted to enriching course content alone and can also stimulate and encourage students to participate in collaborative learning processes. In this paper, the use of Google Sites© is described to encourage collaborative learning.. The research findings are supported with outcomes from student questionnaires. The research found that integrating Google Sites© into undergraduate education will be beneficial for improving Information Systems knowledge and competence

    The purpose of this study is to develop a learning media for fundamentals physics course based on scientific literacy using the Google Sites platform. This study was carried out using the Research and Development method with Borg and Gall's (1989) development design. The developed media was validated by nine science learning media experts and tested on 31 students of fundamentals physics course on temperature and heat topic to determine the user's response. The results shows that the developed media is valid and suitable for use with very good classification, which includes: content quality, learning objectives suitability, feedback and adaptation, motivation, presentation design, interaction usefulness, and accessibility. User response to the developed media is positive in aspects which include; Attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, reliability, stimulation and novelty.     The aims of this study are to find out whether the implementation of Google Site is effective or not for Teaching EFL and to know the student’s perception toward the implementation of google site in teaching EFL. The subject of the study will be English Students Education at Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo. The samples of this study will be chosen randomly. The data will be from the EFL Test and interview and all documents use by the lecturer in their teaching and learning process. The EFL test used to measure the students’ improvement after implementing the google sites and the interview used to investigate while the interview done to dig more information on how the students’ perception toward the implementation of google site in teaching EFL. However, through the implementation of the media, it can be said to be effective and attract the attention of students in EFL learning

    Beyond the Classroom: Using Google Sites as a Supplementary Material to Improve the Learners’ English Academic Performance

    The present study investigated the common challenges of learners in the new mode of learning and their frequency, if there would be a significant difference in the performance of the participants after using Google Sites, the acceptability of the Google Sites in terms of its content quality, instructional quality, and technical quality, and the experience of the respondents in using Beyond the Classroom as supplementary material for the Third Quarter. This action research used the survey questionnaires, evaluation tool, pre-tests, and posttest as instruments in answering the research questions. Respondents were 15 Grade 8 High School learners who have internet access. Results indicated always and sometimes characterized their experience on challenges such as understanding the lessons after reading the discussion found in the modules and that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores for lessons that are easy for them to understand and learn alone. Results also revealed that Beyond the Classroom is very acceptable in terms of its content, instructional, and technical quality, and respondents found it helpful in understanding their lessons. Finally, this study showed that learners struggle to cope with the changes in the new normal, and online supplementary material helps them understand their lessons and activities for the Third Quarter of the academic year 2021-2022
