Trazando camino hacia la consolidación de una escuela inclusiva en Lérida-Tolima

242 p.Este trabajo investigativo, tuvo como objetivo Establecer que tan pertinente es la filosofía Institucional del colegio Arturo Mejía Jaramillo de Lérida Tolima, con respecto a la aplicabilidad de los fundamentos teóricos y Legales que determinan la existencia de una escuela Inclusiva; para determinar así los alcances que tiene la política pública de inclusión, en las practicas reales que se desarrollan en las escuelas Públicas de Colombia; con el fin de que los resultados obtenidos logren contribuir de manera significativa en procesos de equidad y justicia social. Para ello la investigación se abordó mediante el enfoque cualitativo, desde el paradigma Interpretativo, fundamentándose teóricamente en el enfoque de los de Derechos Humanos, la normatividad existente sobre Inclusión Educativa y los lineamientos del decreto 1421 e 2017.This research work aimed to establish the relevance of the Institutional philosophy of High School 'Arturo Mejia Jaramillo from Lérida, Colombia, regarding the applicability of the theoretical and legal foundations that determine theexistence of an inclusive school. In this way, we can determine the scope of the public policy of inclusion, in the realpractices that are developed in the Public Schools of Colombia, in order that the results obtained can improve the equityand social justice processes. We addressed the research through the qualitative approach, from the Interpretative paradigm, theoretically based on theapproach of Human Rights, the existing regulations on Educational Inclusion, and the guidelines of ordinance 1421 of 2017
