Development of digital literacy and competence of future sports teachers in the physical and educational environment

Thanks to the rapidly evolving technology, today's students are improving along with the digital world. The aim of this research was to study the level of students' knowledge of digital technology (computer, tablet computer, laptop, smartphones, interactive whiteboard and other digital devices). The authors used the following approaches – observation, comparative investigations and synthesis of modern techniques to the formation of digital competencies of students, analysis of science, sociological, pedagogical and methodological literature; the study and implementation of various approaches, programs, mobile devices for the development of digital competence of students, the modelling of various approaches and pedagogical situations, the comprehension of their own experience. The study involved 37 students, future teachers of biology and English language of Kazan (Volga region) Federal University. The pedagogical essence and content of the concept “digital competence of the students” has been revealed, which consists in the fact that its development encourages students to constantly improve themselves, to personal and professional development. Defined pedagogical conditions aimed at improving the quality of knowledge of students using digital technologies in the educational space of Kazan (Volga region) Federal University. Developed a model for improving the quality of knowledge of students using various digital technologies in the educational process of the university. Criteria for the dynamics of the quality of knowledge of students using various digital technologies, tools and devices when studying at the university are determined. The results of the study can be used to formulate initiatives to develop the skills of the digital economy in the population

Залученість майбутніх учителів до процесу навчання як детермінант впливу на спрямованість їхнього професійного мислення в педагогічній діяльності

The article presents the theoretical and experimental results of research on the involvement of future teachers in educational work and the involvement of teachers in professional work, as well as research on the impact of involvement on the direction of professional thinking in pedagogical activity. As a result of the analysis of scientific sources, the essence of involvement was revealed as a complex entity, the components of which are behavioral, emotional and cognitive involvement. The essence of involvement in work is considered in relation to involvement in educational work (involvement) and involvement in professional work (engagement). Negative attitude towards work, unfavorable functioning at the workplace, exhaustion is characterized as emotional and cognitive burnout. The experimental part of the work was aimed at researching the involvement of future teachers in educational work and establishing the influencing factors on the direction of professional thinking of future teachers in three areas: 1) behavioral involvement; 2) emotional involvement; 3) cognitive involvement. With regard to teachers who are already working, two groups of factors are distinguished: 1) factors of positive influence on professional thinking as a higher cognitive process of searching, identifying and creatively solving problems in the process of pedagogical activity; 2) factors of negative impact on professional thinking as a higher cognitive process of finding, identifying and creatively solving problems in the process of pedagogical activity. The experimental part of the study was conducted under the conditions of the introduction of martial law on the territory of Ukraine. The research included primary school teachers and master's students who studied in the "Elementary Education" specialty at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, and Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University on full-time and part-time basis.У статті презентовано теоретичні та експериментальні результати дослідження залученості майбутніх учителів до навчальної роботи та залученості вчителів до професійної роботи, а також дослідження впливу залученості на спрямованість професійного мислення в педагогічній діяльності. У результаті аналізу наукових джерел розкрито сутність залученості як складного утворення, компонентами якого є поведінкова, емоційна та когнітивна залученості. Сутність залученості до роботи розглянуто стосовно залученості до навчальної роботи та залученості до професійної роботи. Негативне ставлення до роботи, несприятливе функціонування на робочому місці, виснаження схарактеризовано як емоційне та когнітивне вигорання. Експериментальну частину роботи було спрямовано на дослідження залученість майбутніх учителів до навчальної роботи та встановлення факторів впливів на спрямованість професійного мислення майбутніх учителів за трьома напрямами: 1) поведінкова залученість; 2) емоційна залученість; 3) когнітивна залученість. Стосовно вчителів, які вже працюють, виокремлено дві групи факторів: 1) фактори позитивного впливу на професійне мислення як вищий пізнавальний процес пошуку, виявлення та творчого вирішення проблемності в процесі педагогічної діяльності; 2) фактори негативного впливу на професійне мислення як вищий пізнавальний процес пошуку, виявлення та творчого вирішення проблемності в процесі педагогічної діяльності. Експериментальна частина дослідження проводилася в умовах запровадження воєнного стану на території України. Дослідженням було охоплено вчителів початкової школи та студентів-магістрантів, які навчалися за спеціальністю «Початкова освіта» в Київському університеті імені Бориса Грінченка, Львівському національному університеті імені Івана Франка, Центральноукраїнському державному педагогічному університеті імені Володимира Винниченка на денній та заочній формах навчання
