Penyusunan Standard Operating Procedure (Sop) pada PT. Sketsa Cipta Graha di Surabaya
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi business process dan merancang Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dalam proyek kontraktor di PT. Sketsa Cipta Graha Surabaya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Penentuan informan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dan untuk menguji keabsahan data, penulis menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pada PT. Sketsa Cipta Graha Surabaya belum ada Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) yang baku. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengidentifikasi sejumlah bisnis proses dan menyusun enam Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Petugas Laboratorium Patologi Klinik terhadap Penerapan Standard Operating Procedure (Sop) Penanganan Bahan Infeksius di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau
Each laboratory officers who handle blood or human body fluids potentially infected, the risk of exposure or getting injury. Therefore, in the implementation of laboratory services are always required SOP as a handle for the officer to reduce the occurrence of infectious diseases. Standard operating procedure is a method written as fundamental guidance to prevent the risks of infection for laboratory officers. This research aimed to determine correlation between knowledges and attitudes of RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province clinical pathology laboratory officers toward Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation of Infectious material management. This is an analityc survey study with cross-sectional method. Samples obatained by total sampling method based on inclusion criteria as many as 34 laboratory officers.This research showed 17 people (50%) have sufficient knowledge, 18 people (52.9%) have a negative attitude and 25 people (73.5%) implements SOP. Data processed by using Chi-Square test has been found that there was no significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes on clinical pathology laboratory officers toward Standard operating procedure (SOP) implementation of infectious material management in RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province
Perancangan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Proses Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa di Kantor Pusat Universitas Diponegoro
ABSTRAK
Universitas Diponegoro adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri di Kota Semarang yang didirikan pada tahun 1956. Universitas Diponegoro saat ini telah memiliki lebih dari sepuluh fakultas untuk program sarjana dan memiliki lebih dari 7000 mahasiswa. Dalam memenuhi semua kebutuhan baik barang atau jasa untuk keperluan kantor pusat, universitas, dan fakultas di Universitas Diponegoro dilakukan proses pengadaan. Selama menjalankan fungsi pengadaan, pihak yang terkait seperti Bagian Pengelolaan Aset belum memiliki prosedur standar mengenai pengadaan akibatnya, terjadi tumpang tindih dalam melakukan aktivitas misalnya dalam aktivitas perencanaan. Dalam teori manajemen dapat dikatakan bahwa hal tersebut adalah tidak efektif dan ketidakefektifan dapat menyebabkan proses pengadaan barang atau jasa terhambat. Solusi yang dipilih untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah dengan merancang Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi ketidakefektifan yang terjadi dan menjadikan ISO 9001 :2008 sebagai acuan dalam pembuatan SOP tersebut.
Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dirancang 9 (Sembilan) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Di antara 9 SOP tersebut terdapat usulan perbaikan yang dirancang berdasarkan pertimbangan berupa ketidaksesuaian tugas pokok dan fungsi dengan pelaksana dan kurang optimalnya penggunaan hasil pekerjaan yang dilakukan dalam proses pengadaan.
ABSTRACT
Diponegoro University is one of universities in Semarang which was founded in 1956. It has more than ten faculty for undergraduate programs and 7000 students. Diponegoro University do the procurement process in fulfilling all the needs either goods or services for central office, university, and faculty. During the procurement function, related departement like Bagian Pengelolaan Aset does not have standard procedure about procurement so it caused overlapping in activities of procurement such as of activities planning. In management theory that can be said as inffective and ineffectiveness can hold up the process of goods or services procurement. The chosen Solution to solve this problem is designing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in order to reduce ineffectiveness and use the ISO 9001: 2008 as a reference in making the SOP.
Based on the research, 9 (Nine) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) have been designed. Among the nine SOPs, there are SOPs recomendation which designed based on the reason such discrepancy between job description with the user and work results that has not used optimal in this procurement process

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effectiveness of Governor Regulation on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Administrative Governance in Central Sulawesi Provincial Government, who studied based on theoretical models measure the effectiveness of Duncan by using variables: 1). The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of a standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Service Letter lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi Pekanbaru and to know the factors that become an obstacle the execution of operational standards procedures (SOP) Service Letter lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi Pekanbaru.The concept of the theory that the authors use standard theory is Operasonal procedure (SOP) by Joko Dwi Santoso, with indicators of efficiency, consistency, minimalisa errors, problem resolution, protection of ternaga work, map work, and limits of Defense. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of descriptive data. In data collection, the author uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. Analisis dan Pendokumentasian Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan pada PT XYZ Tbk
Penilaian kinerja adalah salah satu aktivitas dalam manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) untuk meningkatkan kompetensi SDM dalam organisasi. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penilaian kinerja memerlukan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) untuk memastikan bahwa setiap keputusan yang dilaksanakan oleh SDM di dalam suatu organisasi telah berjalan secara efektif, konsisten, standar, dan sistematis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan usulan SOP terdokumentasi tentang pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja karyawan di PT XYZ Tbk. Teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode kualitatif yaitu observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam. Berdasarkan proses identifikasi masalah yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian, perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja karyawan di PT XYZ Tbk adalah dengan melakukan perbaikan pada bentuk formulir penilaian kinerja dan menyusun SOP terdokumentasi. STUDI EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN KEGIATAN PRAKTIKUM IDENTIFIKASI KARAKTERISTIK BENIH PADA MATA PELAJARAN PERSIAPAN BENIH DI SMK PP NEGERI CIANJUR
Kegiatan praktikum persiapan benih dilaksanakan oleh siswa pada program keahlian ATPH (Agribisnis Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura) salah satunya yaitu kegiatan praktikum identifikasi karakteristik benih, kegiatan ini dilakukan secara rutin di sekolah, akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya guru tidak melihat pada Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang dijadikan standar praktikum karena belum tersedia secara tertulis, dan juga belum ada format penilaian kinerja peserta didik dalam melaksanakan praktikum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yang pertama adalah untuk mengetahui apakah proses pelaksanaan praktikum identifikasi karakteristik benih pada mata pelajaran persiapan benih di SMK PP Negeri Cianjur telah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), yang kedua yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas kinerja praktikum peserta didik.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK PP Negeri Cianjur dari tanggal 03-10 Desember 2013. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X ATPH (Agribisnis Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura) yang berjumlah 5 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pelaksanaan praktikum identifikasi karakteristik benih pada mata pelajaran persiapan benih yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik di SMK PP Negeri Cianjur sudah berjalan sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Penilaian kualitas kinerja peserta didik dalam tahapan persiapan alat dan bahan sebesar 79,6 dan proses identifikasi 80,6 termasuk dalam kategori baik, sedangkan pada tahap proses menggambar dan mewarnai benih 75 dan proses penggolongan benih 72 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik.

Seed preparation lab activities carried out by the students on the program expertise ATPH (Agribusiness Food Crops and Horticulture) one of which is the identification of the characteristics of the seed lab activities, these activities are conducted regularly at the school, but the teacher does not look at the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) used as the standard lab as yet available in writing, and no performance assessment format in conducting practicum students. The purpose of this study is the first to determine whether the process of identifying practical implementation of seed characteristics on seed preparation subjects in SMK Negeri PP Cianjur in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), the second is to determine the quality of performance of practicum students.
This study was conducted at SMK Negeri PP Cianjur from 3 to 10 December 2013, the date of the research subject is class X ATPH (Agribusiness Food Crops and Horticulture), amounting to 5 people. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The instrument used are form of observation and interview guides.
The results showed that the practical implementation of the identification characteristics of seeds in the seed preparation courses conducted by students at SMK Negeri Cianjur PP has been run in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Assessment of the quality of performance of learners in the stages of preparation tools and materials of 79.6 and 80.6 identification process included in both categories, while at the stage of drawing and coloring process and the process of classification of 75 seeds 72 seeds were included in both categories.
