Perancangan Sistem Informasi Persediaan Berbasis Web di Gudang Sparepart PT. Kertas Trimitra Mandiri
Proses produksi merupakan serangkaian aktivitas yang saling berhubungan
dalam proses pembuatan suatu produk. Dalam proses produksi terdapat berbagai
alat produksi yang memerlukan perawatan agar tetap dapat beroperasi sesuai
dengan rencana. Pada waktu tertentu suatu alat produksi dapat berhenti
dikarenakan sparepart yang rusak maupun aktivitas perawatan mesin. Ketika
mesin produksi berhenti karena kerusakan sparepart, dalam kondisi normal
sparepart pengganti akan dikeluarkan dari gudang, sedangkan jika sparepart tidak
tersedia makan akan terjadi waktu tunggu penyediaan sparepart.
Waktu berhentinya mesin (downtime) dapat menyebabkan kerugian yang
cukup signifikan, oleh karena itu ketersediaan sparepart menjadi salah satu poin
penting guna menghindari kerugian. PT. Kertas Trimitra Mandiri (KTM) memiliki
gudang yang menangani penyimpanan sparepart yaitu gudang sparepart. Gudang
sparepart di PT. KTM menangani barang berupa sparepart, barang konsumsi, dan
ATK. Pengadaan barang tersebut dikelola oleh koordinator pada tiap bagian dan
disimpan di gudang sparepart. Pada proses pengadaan barang di gudang
sparepart digunakan nota MPP untuk melakukan pengajuan. Pengelolaan barang
berupa sparepart dengan metode yang dijalankan pada gudang sparepart PT. KTM
memiliki resiko tinggi, dimana terdapat beberapa kejadian terjadinya waktu tunggu
akibat tidak tersedianya sparepart di gudang. Semakin lama downtime suatu mesin
produksi maka semakin besar kerugian yang dialami perusahaan. Oleh karena itu
diperlukan penerapan metode pengendalian yang dapat menghindari terjadinya
waktu tunggu.
Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi pergudangan
di gudang sparepart PT. KTM adalah Economical Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder
Point (ROP), dan Age Replacement.Metode EOQ dan ROP akan digunakan untuk
mengendalikan persediaan barang konsumsi berdasarkan jumlah pemakaiannya.
Metode EOQ dan ROP akan menghasilkan jumlah pemesanan optimal dan waktu
pemesanan yang sesuai dengan data pemakaian. Metode Age Replacement
digunakan untuk mengendalikan persediaan barang sparepart berdasarkan durasi
/ lamanya penggunaan suatu sparepart. Metode Age Replacement mencari rata –
rata batas waktu penggunaan sparepart dalam kondisi layak, sehingga ketika
mencapai batas waktu maka akan dilakukan permintaan pembelian.
Dari hasil perancangan didapatkan sistem informasi berbentuk yang dapat
mengakomodasi kebutuhan proses pergudangan di gudang sparepart PT. KTM.
Sistem informasi memiliki 17 buah database yang digunakan untuk proses
pengoperasian dan aktivitas pergudangan. Sistem informasi terdiri dari 20
tampilan layar dengan fungsi aktivitas pergudangan yang dapat diakses
berdasarkan hak akses tertentu. Setiap pengguna sistem informasi yang mendaftar
akan memiliki hak akses sesuai dengan jabatan dan bagian di perusahaan.

The Study of Word Formation Processes in the List of Terms of Honda Sparepart

In this globalization era, language develops rapidly along with the development of technology. People produce new terms for naming their new inventions or products. These new terms passed series of word formation processes before they were used in daily life. One of the examples which can be found in the real life is terms of motorcycle sparepart. In this research, the writer analyzes the word formation processes of terms of Honda sparepart found in the list of Honda Genuine Part sparepart using Yule\u27s theory. The purposes of this research are to analyze the word formation processes and also to know the dominant type of word formation processes found in the list of sparepart.In this research, the writer uses document analysis as the research design since this research describes the word formation processes of terms of sparepart found in the list of Honda Genuine Part sparepart. Specifically, the writer chooses Honda Beat PGM-FI motorcycle as the object of the research because this is the most selling motorcycle in Indonesia in 2014. The data of this study are sparepart terms containing word formation processes found in the list of sparepart.Research results reveal that derivation is the dominant process in the forming of terms of Honda sparepart. There are 46 terms of sparepart which are categorized as derivation out of 64 total terms. There are other word formation types found, they are compounding with 9 terms, clipping with 5 terms, acronyms with 3 terms, and blending with only one term.The writer believes this research is useful for students, especially those who are interested in studying Morphology, and also as a reference and comparison for the next researcher who wants to conduct a research in the same topic
Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Inventory Sparepart Kapal Berbasis Web : Studi Kasus Asia Group Pangkalpinang
ASIA Group adalah Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pertambangan laut yang merupakan mitra PT. Timah (Persero) Tbk. Saat ini sistem yang berjalan masih terdapat kekurangan seperti pencarian data, pencatatan data, dan pembuatan laporan yang cukup lama. Hal ini dapat memperlambat karyawan dalam pendataan inventory sparepart. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah sistem inventory berbasis web yang dibutuhkan Perusahaan sehingga mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan ASIA Group dalam pengelolaan data sparepart kapal. Dalam menganalisa dan merancang sistem ini menggunakan model waterfall yang berorientasi objek dan berbasis web yang menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan Mysql sebagai database. Alat pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Sistem digunakan untuk mempercepat proses pengolahan data sparepart oleh User Cabang dan pencetakan laporan sehingga Perusahaan dapat lebih efisien dan efektif. Sistem inventory ini berbasis web sehingga dapat digunakan dengan mudah, user friendly dan mengelola data sparepart yang bisa dilakukan secara fleksibel dengan berbagai menu yang tersedia untuk User Cabang dan Manajer Purchasing

In handling process motorcycle vehicle maintenance there are some problems that occur in the company, namely the customer can\u27t information scedule queue service, no booking service for customers who have a solid rushing, there is no information available for customer, and in preparing reports to the section of After Sale still using MS Office.From the above problems, then be made a system design aplication administration service motorcycle in PT. Surapita Unitrans which can be set queue service customer automatically by using method Shortest Job First, there is booking service system available for customer, and system can provide information service form history service available for customer, and there is a reporting system for the division after sale.Based on trial results application system administration services made This application can help companies in addressing the queue automatically, generating system booking services for customer, produce history service so that customers can obtain the required information service, and there is reporting period for division After Sale

PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada Site Rantau is one of the coal mines in South Kalimantan, precisely in the village Sabah district Rantau. The Company has various Divisions, on of that is a Inventory division (Inventory) which is at the Logistic. Inventory in the company\u27s goal is to minimize the breakdown unit (stop or can not operate anymore) and to minimize the funds of the company.This study aims to determine the deviations in the sparepart inventory purchase, transaction procedure and to determine the effectiveness of internal control system of the purchase system in PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada. The form of testing used in this study is testing the internal control system of internal control of spareparts inventory purchases PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada in 2011 by using the method of attributte sampling. Which is the method of quantitative tools Fixed Sample Size Attributte Sampling. The types of data collected in this study is documentary data. Purchase data as the main document and permit and also the supporting document such as Recommended Order and Purchase Ordet data.This study has shown that the activity of the Internal Control Structure Inventory Purchases Sparepart PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada whole has gone well and effectively (AUPL < DUPL, AUPL =3 %, DUPL =5%)
Design Information System Stock Inventory to Manage Data of Goods (Case Study: PT Monier)
Application of information system on the inventory will provide many benefits for the company in developing company in order to improve the company's performance become more effective and efficient. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies, to know overall about inventory items in the company. The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the inventory as a resource physical economy that needs to be held and maintained in order to support the process booking goods and sales in progress PT Monier. PT Monier is as a company manufacturers concrete roofing materials with the production system where the process for creating objects with cross-section of fixed. The methods of analysis used is descriptive data analysis method. Engineering data collection with do the observations to the company, conducting interviews, and route the study library with books, the literary, the materials gained during lectures relevant to the problems examined. Research results shows that the control of inventory items It often happens booking of the goods to the supplier in excess inventory and the shortage of supplies. Due to the lack of regard for the State of inventory items. Inventory data input errors often occur more than once for similar goods give rise to errors in reporting. Then the author here attempted to analyze the problems against information systems inventory items and to find solutions to the fore of the existing problems by fixing a system that is less than optimal.
