Teachers and professional teaching staff are a must for both elementary, middle and high school in implementing the quality education process. Likewise with SMP 17 1 Pagelaran, it always encourages the improvement of teacher professionalism by monitoring the performance of teachers in implementing their duties and responsibilities, so that they can achieve specified competency standards. Dalam pelaksanaannya, SMP Islam Pondok Duta telah menerapkan pemilihan guru berprestasi setiap tahunnya. Pemilihan guru berprestasi ini sangat penting untuk memberikan reward atau penghargaan kepada guru tetap, sehingga dapat menjadi pengaruh yang positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas dari masing-masing guru. Proses pemilihan guru berprestasi di SMP Islam Pondok Duta saat ini dilakukan dengan cara voting, voting dilakukan oleh para guru dan hasil voting terbanyak akan menentukan siapa yang berhak menjadi guru berprestasi. The implementation of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to decide employee promotion is to give alternative in processing employee assesement in human resources division. Where the concept of the assesment of the employee is an important process that will influence the change of an employee position.In this research, the researcher tries to make a supporting system to decide the change of employee position by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with three criteria that is: behavior criteria (C1), work target criteria (C2), and test criteria (C3). To assist the construction and development of this system, the researcher use SDLC Waterfall method to build a system framework and system analysis. To design the system the researcher use Unified Modelling Language (UML). To construct the application the researcher use PHP programming language with MySQL database. Karya tulis ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan cather of the month menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dan menguji kehandalan sistem yang dibuat dalam pengambilan keputusan cather of the month di Goeboex Coffee Yogyakarta. Pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk menentukan Cather Of The Month (karyawan terbaik) di Goeboex Coffee Yogyakarta. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Anak Asuh , merupakan sistem yang dibuat untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam penentuan anak asuh pada lembaga Amil Zakat Dana Peduli Ummat dengan menggunakan bantuan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Simple additive weighting adalah pendekatan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan multi attribute decision making. Konsep utama dari metode ini adalah mencari penjumlahan dari semua atribut pada setiap alternatif. Metode simple additive weighting membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks ke skala atau nilai yang dapat dibandingkan dengan nilai dari alternatif lain dan menemukan alternatif terbaik. Nilai dari alternatif tersebut harus melewati proses normalisasi matriks sebelumnya. Dengan perhitungan antar semua atribut setiap alternatif, sistem dapat membuat sebuah rekomendasi untuk membantu pembuat keputusan untuk membuat keputusan yang efektif dan efisien dari sebelumnya. Membantu Perusahaan untuk menyelesaikan masalah kesulitan dan ketidak akuratan dalam membuat keputusan penentuan calon anak asuh

APLIKASI PENGADAAN BUKU PERPUSTAKAAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING

Dalam melakukan proses pengadaan buku baru, pustakawan di SMP N 1 Jepara mengalami permasalahan. Permasalahan tersebut adalah pustakawan tidak memiliki data peminjaman buku dan dalam memilih buku untuk pengadaan buku, pustakawan hanya tergantung dengan usulan dari anggota perpustakaan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut pustakawan membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi pengadaan buku perpustakaan menggunakan metode simple additive weighting. Metode simple additive weighting dipilih karena metode ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam memberikan rekomendasi buku yang sesuai untuk proses pengadaan buku. Karena dalam pengembangan aplikasi pihak pengguna dan pengembang belum memiliki gambaran yang jelas tentang aplikasi yang akan dibuat, maka model proses yang dipilih untuk pengembangan aplikasi adalah model proses prototipe. Tersedianya aplikasi pengadaan buku perpustakaan menggunakan metode simple additive weighting, harapannya memberikan kemudahan bagi pustakawan dalam memperoleh informasi buku yang sesuai untuk proses pengadaan buku
