    Citra Abadi Motor dealers are dealers selling motorcycles traded half-life. In 2014 dealers experienced a decrease in sales, while the factors - factors that affect the quality of the motor half-life is less good, emerging new motorcycles, and competitors. The aim of this study is to formulate appropriate development strategy planning and to determine the company's development strategy planning priorities. In this study the methods used SWOT and Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) to analyze the internal and external factors. The analysis is conducted to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. IFE factor analysis (2.71) and EFE (2.88) to determine the position of the company today is the V quadrant ie Hold and Maintain (keep and maintain). Preparation of the strategy carried out by analyzing the factors strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats SWOT matrix. SWOT analysis produced 10 alternative development strategies. Alternative strategies are analyzed using matrix Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) to find an alternative strategy that has the highest score of the attraction. Results of analysis using matrix Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) shows that the strategy of increasing the promotion of an alternative strategy that scores the highest interest. Based on the results of tests conducted it can be concluded that based on the Five Forces Porter method business strategy that can be developed by SME Lunpia Kings is a cost leadership strategy, where SME Lunpia Kings are expected to reduce the production costs so as to reduce the selling prices. The TOWS strategy matrix explain four types of the strategy that is the SO strategy (Strengths-Opportunities), the strategy WO (Weakness-Opportunities), the strategy St (Strengths-Threaths) and the WT strategy (Weakness-Threaths). In the CSF analysis (Critical Success Factor) was obtained by results that with the existence web interactive could become a development strategy of the marketing, the use of information technology could help the management of the company and the research of the consumer\u27s wish that it was felt needed to increase the company\u27s profit. The threat that was dealt with by PT Intan Pariwara was depicted by the SWOT analysis, in part: more often sprang up the new publisher, the number of available publishers beforehand, and the buyer had the quite high tasteless strength.     THE ROLE OF THE UNIVERSITIES IN A REGIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEM – A COMPARATIVE A’WOT - ANALYSIS

    Universities have an important role in regional innovation systems. In this study, we evaluate and compare two different case regional innovation systems (RIS), one located in the north of Romania, in Bucovina area and the other in Ylä-Savo region, in the middle of Finland. Main focus is on how university is contributing to competences of a RIS. We use the A’WOT analysis, which is a hybrid method connecting Multiple Criteria Decision Support (MCDS) methods to SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis. The method yields analytical priorities for the factors included in SWOT analysis and makes them commensurable. The research work done was based on experts and actors interviews, which were structured according to principles of the steps of the A’WOT analysis. SMART technique was applied in the A’WOT framework. Both case RIS are described and analysed. The main goal is to improve the theoretical and effective knowledge in the innovations and sustainable development field from a country with tradition: how management models are applied in countries with competitive industry; which are the costs of the marketing and management strategy implementation in companies; which are the obstacles for the entrepreneurs’ development.     The purpose of writing this article is to formulate a product development strategy of Wildlife Park of Medan (TMM) based on the SWOT analysis has been done in previous studies. The method used is observation and in-depth interviews with managers and experts on wildlife park. TMM strategy formulation is very important for business continuity and business benefits. The increasingly fierce competition assure manager that the appropriate strategy should be owned and implemented well. Moreover, nowadays many attractions which are not similar but provides animals as a compliment or additional objects to attract tourists to visit the place. SWOT analysis results indicate that the position TMM is currently at quadrant I, which means a favorable situation. TMM has the opportunity and strength that can harness the power to seize the opportunities. The strategy adopted in this position is a strategy that supports the growth of TMM's aggressive policy. Manager TMM can perform any activity directed to TMM progress in the future in accordance with the expectations of visitors.     Public-Private Partnership to Increase Economic Growth of Tourism Sector

    The performance of the tourism sector in Kedungsepur region increases significantly viewed from the indicators of the number of tourism objects, labors, tourists, income, and the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the tourism sector, but the contribution of the tourism sector to the GRDP and the average of the tourists' length of stay decreases. This shows that the performance of the tourism sector in Kedungsepur region decreases and the Public Private Partnership has not been optimallee implemented. Therefore, the researchers use the analysis of SWOT and AHP to find the strategy alternatives to increase the performance indicators of the tourism sector. The research result of the SWOT analysis shows that the development of tourism sector in Kedungsepur region is at the quadrant III, which supports the Turn Arround strategy by applyinga strategy formulated in the matrix of SWOT. And the research result based on the AHP analysis shows the priority based on the criteria of aspects and alternatives. The aspect of institutional and the Alternative strengthen the institutional internal relationship to be a priority in the development of tourism sector in Kedungsepur region
