Integrated Model to Analyze FDI Role in Success of Commercialization of High-Tech Innovations in Asia
This study aims to analyze the role of FDI in the success of commercialization high tech innovation in Asia countries. The success was marked by the increasing contribution from Asia countries to the export value of high tech products in the world.
From 49 sovereign countries in Asia, 21 countries have been selected as research samples. The result SEM analysis shows that FDI inflows to Asia countries generally pure investment from multinational companies to gain profits from the low cost of production factor in Asia, therefore increase their profit margin.
In other words, FDI in Asia countries only increase production quantity of high tech products without increasing innovation activity in the countries, which innovation activity can be measured by R&D expenditure, number of resident patent application and number of scientific journals International publication
Analisis Keefektifan Model Role Sharing
Role sharing merupakan model pembiayaan bersama antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah untuk perbakan dan pembangunan sejumlah kelas ban bagi SD/MI dan SMP/MTS. Untuk tahun anggaran 2008 Pemerintah Jawa Barat menetapkan 236,89Milyar dari APBDnya untuk merehabilitasi 5.710 ruangan kelas. Unit cost rehabffitasi ruang kelas SD/MI Rp. 40 juta, untuk SMP/MTS Rp. 50 juta, sedarían pembangunan ruang kelas baru unit costnya Rp. 55 juta. Pemanfaatan dana bersama oleh pusat propinsi, kabupaten dan kota (50:3020) dimungkinkan akan efektif apabila semua pihak memenuhi kewqfoan masing-masing dan pelaksanaannya dipantau agar terhindari dari penyimpangan. Pembagian porsi tersebut dihawatirkan memberatkan daerah, karena membebani APBD mereka dan bisa jadi meiampui PÁD mereka dan perlu dpertmbangkan adanya reafita daerah yang miskin dan kaya

Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Role Playing Pada Matakuliah English for Media Untuk Mahasiswa Sastra Inggris Umn Al-washliyah
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran role playing pada mata kuliah english for media. Model pembelajaran sering kali digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih banyak tentang gejala-gejala. Hal ini sesuai dengan fungsi model itu sendiri yaitu bersifat mencari. Berdasarkan pengamatan di Fakultas Sastra UMN AW proses pembelajaran masih didominasi oleh dosen, sehingga membuat mahasiswa pasif. Untuk mencapai kompetensi pembelajaran adalah melakukan perbaikan dengan menerapkan model role playing. Permasalahan: 1) Apakah model pembelajaran role playing tepat jika digunakan pada mata kuliah english for media? 2) Bagaimana respon mahasiswa setelah di terapkannya model pembelajaran role playing pada matakuliah english for media?. Tujuan: 1) Mengembangkan pemahaman tentang pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kemampuan yang dimiliki mahasiswa. 2) Mengetahui respon / tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap model role playing. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survey. Instrument pada penelitian ini adalah angket yang berisikan beberapa item kuesioner pertanyaan terbuka tentang persepsi terhadap masalah penelitian. Selain kuesioner, wawancara juga dilakukan sebagai tindak lanjut dari pemberian angket agar hasil penelitian lebih akurat

Student activity in economic learning class VII state junior high school Bantarbolang is low and the result study of economic couldn’t reach study completing. Study completing reach 51.16% and class mean only 6.53. All student activity are managed if learning be motivated to reach some goals. In the way to reach the objectives, student be faced in active condition to play a role and discussion that guided by teacher. The object of this research to find out how the learning process in Economic concentration with topic people as a social human being and economic class VII state senior high school 3 Bantarbolang Pemalang region. In the year 2006/2007 using learning model of role playing. The result study show there is increasing score reach in last cycle II is 7.81 with study completing classically 86.05%. And the result study of last cycle II reach classically completing 77.74%, from the result of this research be expected that teacher of economic subject in class VII use learning model of role playing in topic people as a social human being and economic. Adding facilities to complement learning process and give motivating and information about the topic that being learned

Accounting lesson is considered as a difficult lesson by most students in SMK/SMA. It is even sometimes worse with the less ability of accounting teachers to select learning methods thatcan attract students' attention and thought. Therefore, it is necessary to find an alternative learning which can help students to involve in the real situation which is fun and memorable. The learning model which can fulfill the fun situation is the role playing. The steps to implement this model in the learning of accounting cycle for trade firm are to divide students in groups and to give each of them an opportunity to play a role. In practice, each student changers the role weekly based on the order. The model makesstuents easier to understand the basic accounting and leads the teachers evaluate the materials if the lack of conformity occurs during the learning
