Gestión logística de las exportaciones en el aeropuerto Jorge Chávez y su competitividad según la objetividad de los agentes de carga internacional

La investigación sobre la gestión logística aérea exportación en el aeropuerto Jorge Chávez y su competitividad según la objetividad de los agentes de carga internacional tiene como pregunta, objetivo e hipótesis general esclarecer si existe correlación entre las variables. Por otro lado, como pregunta, objetivos e hipótesis específicos esclarecer si la gestión logística de exportación es eficiente y la competitividad de la gestión es competitiva. Además, si existe correlación entre las dimensiones de las variables de la investigación. Asimismo, la metodología a emplear en la investigación es de orientación cuantitativa aplicada con un alcance descriptivo correlacional y un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La direccionalidad de la metodología es retrospectiva y la fuente de recolección de datos es prolectiva para llegar a una muestra de 100 agentes de carga internacional. La técnica para la recolección de datos es la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario. Luego las pruebas estadísticas a realizar fueron el análisis de fiabilidad Cronbach, la prueba de normalidad de Shapiro Wilk, la correlación bivariado Rho de Spearman y las frecuencias relativas. Como resultado se determinó una correlación fuerte y directa entre las variables de la investigación. Además, se determinó que la gestión logística aérea de exportación es ineficiente y la competitividad de la gestión no competitiva.
