Represented results tuberculosis lung patients with firsting MDR in Republic of Buryatia

There are represented results of 253 tuberculosis lung patients (main group) and with acquiring (comparison group) multidrag resistance in Republicof Buryatia. Index of sputum clean negativations is higher in main group — 77.8%, in comparison group — 44.4% (р < 0.05). Index of conversion sputum clean in main group — 78%, in comparison group — 41.9% (р < 0.01). «Сuring» is registerated in firsting XDR patients group and composes 26% against 10.8% in comparison group (р < 0.01). Initial healing — «unsuccessful treatment» is noted only in group with seconding XDR — 5 patients (2.5%). Index of breaking off treatment in comparison group — 28.1%, in main group 18% patients. Deathing initial from tuberculosis is registerated only in acquiring XDR patients group — 21 (10.3%) desires. Conducting analysis lets to suppose that modern appointment of correct therapy regime for XDR patients furthers to high treatment efficacy achievement
