Release and storage of mine gas monitoring data based on sensor web

    No full text
This paper applied the sensor web service technology to mine gas monitoring. An interoperable observation system based on gas sensor network was constructed under the shaft to monitor the concentration of mine gas, and the monitoring data, which were first encoded by OGC Sensor Web Enablement (SWE) standards, were then released on the Internet for web-based discovery, scheduling, and access and alert so the process of collaborative monitoring, real time data acquisition, uniform data storage, and emergency response could be implemented. This paper elaborated the key technologies of sensor web release, remote access, and MongoDB-based storage of gas monitoring data. Sensor web service technology, compared with the traditional working mode of industrial Ethernet, allows gas monitoring to be conducted in an interoperable way; and NoSQL storage for real time sensor observations makes it more flexible and effective for data management. Both the technologies contribute to the future intelligent mine development.EICPCI-S(ISTP)
