Recabar información de la utilidad y/o eficiencia de los formatos del acto educativo para mejorar los procesos formativos en la Institución Educativa Agropecuaria de AIPE –Huila – Colombia

90 p.La presente investigación se desarrolló en la Institución Educativa Agropecuaria de Aipe, del mismo municipio, en el departamento del Huila, con el objetivo de analizar la utilidad y/o eficiencia de los formatos del acto educativo para mejorar los procesos formativos de la misma. Desde una metodología cuantitativa, se explora el problema, se recoge la información pertinente, es diseñada mediante una encuesta que se aplicó a los docentes, administrativos, estudiantes y padres de familia, para indagar el conocimiento que tienen en materia de uso e implementación en el establecimiento, en el quehacer pedagógico. Los resultados indican que 90% de los informantes claves coinciden en decir que no tienen un dominio ni conocimiento adecuado de los formatos que enriquecen el proceso académico de la institución. El análisis e interpretación de la información y de los resultados obtenidos conllevan a la necesidad de establecer un comité que se encargue de la utilidad de los formatos del acto educativo para mejorar la organización de la institución. Este equipo se convierte en una herramienta de gran utilidad para que los docentes lo incorporen en su trabajo diario. Además, incrementar la responsabilidad, actitud y motivación en los docentes, estudiantes, administrativos y padres de familia. Palabras clave Docentes, estudiantes, administrativos, educación, formatos, acto educativo, Importancia.The present investigation was developed in the Institution Educative Agropecuaria de Aipe; of the same municipality, in the department of Huila, with the aim of analyzing the usefulness and efficiency of the formats of the educational act to improve the training processes of the same. From a qualitative methodology, the program is explored, the pertinent information is collected, it is designed by means of a survey that was applied to the teachers, to investigate the knowledge they have in terms of use and implementation of the formats, in the educational act. The results indicate that 90% of the key informanst agree that they do not have adomain or an adequate knowledge of the formast that enrich the academic process of the institution. The analysis and interpretation of the information and the results obtained lead to the need to establish a committee that is responsible for the usefulness of the educational act formats to improve the organization of the institution. This team becomes a very useful tool for teachers to incorporate into their daily work. In addition, it increases responsibility, attitude and motivation in teachers, students, administrators and parents.
