    Implementación de un sistema de control automático de la bomba hidráulica para una máquina de compresión de ensayo de probetas de concreto

    En el mercado peruano existen máquinas de compresión de modelos de control de velocidad manual y modelos automáticos, para el caso de los modelos manuales requiere la presencia del usuario durante todo el ensayo, existe errores frecuentes en la toma de datos durante el ensayo y transcripción para los reportes; para el caso de los modelos automáticos se ha ubicado que el 10% de estas unidades a nivel nacional se encuentran inoperativos a causa de la discontinuidad de repuestos por parte del fabricante. Este trabajo “Implementación de un sistema de control automático de la bomba hidráulica para una máquina de compresión de ensayo de probetas de concreto”, está implementado tanto en hardware y software de tal manera que permita controlar el encendido y apagado de la bomba hidráulica, el control de flujo de aceite hidráulico (velocidad), monitoreo de todo el ensayo en tiempo real y exportar los resultados a diferentes formatos; para ello, se reusó toda la estructura metálica y la bomba hidráulica del diseño original, para lo cual se implementó un nuevo sistema de control automático basado en un PLC Siemens S7-1200, una válvula eléctrica reguladora de presión, un transductor de presión de 700 Bar con una interfaz de software creado en Visual Estudio 2015. Con esta solución se logró que la participación y presencia del usuario se minimice a colocar y retirar la muestra, que los resultados obtenidos de los ensayos estén dentro del 1% que es la tolerancia permitida por la NTP y ASTM concluyendo que es posible aplicar la reingeniería y automatización a equipos descontinuados e inoperativos sin necesidad de adquirir máquinas nuevas.Trabajo de suficiencia profesionalCampus Lima Centr

La primera reúne cuatro casos prácticos referentes a materias de actualidad jurídica tal y como son la reproducción humana asistida y la filiación extramatrimonial; la responsabilidad contractual o extracontractual, sus plazos de prescripción, la legitimidad pasiva y la compensación de créditos; los requisitos mercantiles y profesionales para crear una sociedad limitada profesional y la comparativa entre instituciones de resolución alternativa de conflictos; y, por último, los procedimientos de registro de marcas ante la OEPM, los Protocolos Familiares y las clausulas escalonadas de resolución de conflictos.     O mandado de segurança preventivo e o ato coator iminente na Constituição Federal de 1988

    O objetivo da dissertação foi estudar o mandado de segurança preventivo, na perspectiva da Teoria Geral do Direito, no intuito de organizar e aprofundar seu conhecimento, especialmente no que se refere às possibilidades de sua impetração. Tratou-se também de expor o entendimento dos Tribunais Superiores Brasileiros e do Tribunal de Justiça do Espírito Santo sobre esse assunto. Assentou-se que o mandado de segurança preventivo é uma ação constitucional, o que denota seu caráter de norma jurídica secundária, cuja finalidade é impedir que outra norma seja expedida pela autoridade coatora. Essa norma, concreta, é denominada de ato coator e pressupõe a prática de outros atos no curso do seu processo de formação. A esses atos, também normas concretas, chamou-se atos preparatórios, contra os quais a impetração preventiva se volta. Assim, a ameaça real e iminente, combatida pelo mandado de segurança preventivo, manifesta-se nos atos preparatórios. É a partir de sua compreensão que se torna possível aferir em que circunstâncias é cabível a impetração preventiva. Nesse escopo, concluiu-se que o sistema de direito positivo também prevê um procedimento próprio para a prática do ato preparatório; portanto, em relação a esse processo, ele é um ato final. Logo, os estudos realizados induzem à conclusão de que a impetração preventiva, ainda que tenha como objetivo coibir a prática do ato coator, será sempre repressiva do ato preparatório. Desse modo, o mandado de segurança preventivo, nos moldes aceitos pela doutrina e jurisprudência, constitui-se num mito. Palavras-chave: Mandado de segurança preventivo. Ato coator.
