    To explore the dynamics of managerial self-efficacy, a causality model is proposed based on the theory of Bandura's Self-efficacy and Human Resource Management. Furthermore, a qualitative simulation model is built and a simulation algorithm is designed. The simulation is achieved using Visual Basic 6.0. An example of application is illustrated.
