Probabilistic Inference Schemes for Sparsity Structures of Fortran 90 Array Intrinsics

Fortran 90 provides a rich set of array intrinsic functions, and they are useful in representing array expressions and for data parallel programming. However, these array intrinsic functions cannot be applied to sparse data sets on distributed memory environments. In a series of our research work, we seek to provide parallel sparse supports for array intrinsics of Fortran 90 [4]. In particular, we design sparse library modules with overloaded array operators and intrinsics to help program parallel sparse applications
