    Training, Incentive, Supervision, Motivation,  Employee Performance This study aims to analyze the affect factors of BRI Syariah financial performance bank with quantitative approach. In quantitative research which data source secondary, the research method often used is associative causal. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS as a statistical tool. The results show that BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA. While CAR has a negative but not significant impact on ROA. Then NPF and FDR has positive but not significant effect on ROA. The simultaneous results of CAR, NPF, BOPO, and FDR has significant effect on ROA with a contribution value of 32.8

    This study was conducted to examine the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) and Its Effect on Stock Return. The research sample was taken from 5 transport company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have been through the process in accordance with the criteria of sample or random sampling method. Data analysis methods used in the study panel data analysis method using Eviews program. Results showed partial EVA has no real effect, with significant values of 0.2661, while MVA and significant influence on Return Stocks with significant value of 0.0463 as indicated by the results of the test statistic t. While simultaneously or jointly Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) influence on Stock Return, this is evidenced by the results of the test statistic f the significant value of 0.038

    A qualified and competitive bank is a bank which can support good development BRI is one of national bank in Lampung that has good support to develope financial district suitable with district autonomy procedure. This branch of BRI bank in Natar is the bank which trics to satisfy it's customers maximumly, especially for the customers who live in Natar, South Lampung.The available data indicate that the quantity of BritAma customers decreased about 36% with the average of decrease 3% per a mouth during the period August 2007 to November 2008. Based on the condition above, the problem formulation of this research is “ How is the satisfaction of BritAma cutomers for the service given by the branch of BRI in Natar, South Lampung?.The purpose of this research are:1. To know the satisfactory degree of BritAma customers toward the branch of BRI in Natar, South Lampung.2. To give information about the ways to service the customers better for some companies such as this bank.In connection with the background and the problem formulation this research has the hypothesis below: “The service given by the branch of BRI in Natar, South Lampung has not given satisfaction to it's customers”The result of count of customers satisfaction index is 78,842% this shows that the service given by the branch of BRI in Natar to the customers has not been satisfied. That is reflected by the index is less than 100%. It can be concluded that the hypothesis has been formulated above can be proved with the following count.“The result of count of Importance Performance Analysis had been done shows that the average which uses the indicator of SERVQUAL about 0,971 is more than the average of customer satisfaction that is 0,745

    Comparative Performance Analysis of Manufacturing Company Using Accounting-based Measurements and Market-based Measurements Between Iso 9001certified and Not Certified Companies

    The purpose of this research is to analyzed the ratio of company performance measured by accounting-based measurementss with ROA and ROE and company performance measured by market-based measurements with MBV and MVA between ISO 9001 certified and non-certified companies in manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2016. Data analysis techniques used are different test with Mann-Whitney. The result of the research shows that there are significant differences to the performance of the organization by accounting-based measurements between ISO 9001 certified and non-certified companies. By market-based measurements, there are significant performance differences in the MBV variables but there is no performance difference in the MVA variables between ISO 9001 certified and non certified companies

    Most recent research on renewable energy resources main one goal to make Jordan less dependent on imported energy with locally developed and produced solar power, this paper discussed the efficient system of Wind/ PV Hybrid System to be than main power sources for south part of Jordan, the proposed hybrid system design based on Smart Grid Methodology, the solar energy will be installed on top roof of electricity subscribers across the Governorate of Maan, Tafila, Karak and Aqaba and the wind energy will set in one site by this way the capital cost for project will be reduced also the simulation result show the feasibility is a very competitive and feasible cost . Economics analysis of a proposed renewable energy system was made using HOMER simulation and evaluation was completed with the cost per kilowatt of EDCO company, the net present cost is $2,551,676,416, the cost of energy is 0.07kWhr with a renewable fraction of 86.6 %

    Many components in a software house company can be used in controlling and measuring its information technology projects. The financial component is not only the numbers that tells how a company generates its profits. It also can tell how a project performance related to its scope, cost, schedule, and quality. For example, many information technology projects' budget increases as more work time needed to complete the planned schedule due to problems occurred whilst project execution. These correlations between cost, schedule and the execution performance can be measured from a project financial component using a method called as Earned Value Analysis. The purpose of the research is to help PT. Aprisma Indonesia to properly and comprehensively analyze the Global Cash Management financial performance and find the most feasible recommendation to improve the projects performance in the future. The result of the research is to measures on how the Global Cash Management project performed according to the time and budget plan at PT. Aprisma Indonesia. Hopefully by knowing the components that influencing the Global Cash Management project cost and understand how to measure them, PT. Aprisma Indonesia would be able to quickly execute management strategies to address specific project problems
