    This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction in employees of the Civil Service Police Unit. This study uses an explanatory research approach of quantitative methods. The research sample uses nonprobability sampling with a saturation sampling technique (census) through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to all employees of the civil police unit in Samarinda City as many as 69 employees. Hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 4. The results of the study showed that the variable of work stress had no effect on the variable of job satisfaction of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect on the variable of job satisfaction of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit.The variable of job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The workload variable has no effect on the performance variable of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The variable of work stress has no effect on the performance variable of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. There was no effect on the workload variable on the employee performance variable through the employee satisfaction variable of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit. There is an influence on the variable of work stress on the variable of employee performance through the variable of job satisfaction of employees of the Samarinda City Pamong Praja Police Unit

    Mandau is a cross region of the various regions. Development always occurs from time. Problem often encountered is closely related to the problem of overpopulation. Mandau is a rapid development of the business sector infrastructure even in this area is growing so rapidly that it becomes the target sector to creat jobs the informal sector, which vendors are selling. If look to major roads that are often ecountered are vendors who sell to on the road and there is congestion and disrupt traffic behaviour. But in regulating this issue saber subdistrict goverment should have a policy for the implementation of public order by executing the task by Police Unit of Pamong Praja. In the medel implementations by Van Meter and Van Horn, there are six variables that shape the relationship between policies and performance, namely : basic measures and policy objectives, policy resources, inter-organizational communication and implementation activities, the characteristics of the implementaters, economic conditions, social and political trends executor. The reseach method used in this study is a qualitative research, with techniques that are done of snowball sampling, the key informants in this study. The informant who conducted the interview was from Police Unit of Pamong Praja Mandau and fiber UPTD police civil service departements and hygiene market, the analyze the data and manage the data. Based on the research that has been done, and based on the theoritical concept. Implementation of public order (Market case study intersections desert thorn Mandau) in the district mandau. Basically been carried out by the Police Unit of Pamong Praja and UPTD Departement and Hygiene Market. But never be running with a constant order, the hawkers back peddle. Do not have a clear sanction any mistakes made by vendors that posed on deterrent properties. Goverment also did not pay attention to the problem pf street vendors with deep.     Professionalism is a most to be owned by the State Civil Apparatus in today's dynamic era. This research tries to explore two important things in looking at Professionalism in Pamong Praja Police Unit of West Sumbawa Regency, that is: How is the professionalism of Pamong Praja Police Unit of West Sumbawa Regency and what the factors that influence it are. The author tries to explain these two things by combining between the theory and concepts put forward by experts with the field conditions that occur. So that we can find out whether Pamong Praja Police Unit of West Sumbawa Regency is Professional, Towards Professional or Not Professional at all. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research because it is related to the selected problem that is telling social phenomena that does not intend to make calculations qualitatively or using statistics but rather lead to exploitation of public expression and events that occur. The Source Data in this study are: Informants, Events, and Documents. Data collection techniques used in this study are: Interview, Observation, and Documentation. Pamong Praja Police Unit has a duty to maintain and organize public order and tranquility, to carry out Community Protection, to enforce the Regional Regulation and the Decision of the Regional Head.     The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Pamong Praja Police Unit in environmental security at the Lampung Governor's Office. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative research. The use of this method is to describe the role of the Pamong Praja Police Unit in securing the environment at the Governor's Office of Lampung Province. All data were obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document studies. The results showed that the role of the Pamong Praja Police Unit in securing the environment at the Lampung Provincial Governor's Office has been running well. The leadership of the Pamong Praja Police Unit has implemented existing regulations by giving tasks to employees according to their backgrounds and abilities. Although the implementation has not been optimal, this is due to the relatively lack of human resource capabilities. Then the inhibiting aspects are, the inhibiting aspects are, (1) The implementation of tasks has not been fully implemented properly, in accordance with the main tasks and functions, because they are often transferred to other places. (2) In carrying out tasks, sometimes members feel that the tasks they carry out are not in accordance with their section, so that the discipline of members is not appropriate in carrying out the tasks assigned by the leadership. (3) Members often have busy tasks, so there are often overlapping tasks and authorities carried out by members.     The enactment of khamr qanun in Aceh shows Aceh government's commitment in prohibiting and eradicating khamr and similar drinks. However, the enforcement of the qanun has not been effective, especially in the City of Subulussalam as evidenced in several violations of the qanun. This paper aims to discuss what and how the khamr qanun in Subulussalam, its effectiveness, obstacles faced by the Subulussalam city government in enforcing the qanun, and solutions offered by the city government. After examining relevant literature and conducting observations, discussions, and interviews with Subulussalam City leaders, this paper concludes that the ineffectiveness of the khamr qanun enforcement is due to some constraints, such as lenient punishment, limited human resources, weak socialization of Islamic law and community education

    MOTIVASI PEREMPUAN BEKERJA SEBAGAI SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA DI KECAMATAN CIPAYUNG

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perempuan dapat menjadi Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL PP) dan motivasi perempuan bekerja sebagai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL PP). Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kegiatan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Keterlibatan perempuan yang bekerja sebagai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL PP) di Kecamatan Cipayung yaitu untuk kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan anak-anak dan perempuan, menghilangkan pandangan buruk masyarakat terhadap instansi Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja, serta terbukanya kesempatan yang diberikan instansi kepada perempuan. Perempuan diperbolehkan bekerja menjadi SATPOL PP mengacu pada UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 dan PP RI No. 16 Tahun 2018. Terdapat kriteria dan serangkaian tes yang dilalui perempuan untuk menjadi Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL PP) di Kecamatan Cipayung. (2) Perempuan termotivasi bekerja sebagai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL PP) di Kecamatan Cipayung karena (a) kebutuhan rasa aman: Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL PP) perempuan dengan status kerja PNS memiliki tunjangan dan juga memiliki tabungan pribadi. (b) kebutuhan sosial: adanya dorongan dari keluarga untuk bekerja menjadi Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL PP) dan keinginan untuk menjadi penerus dalam status pekerjaan serupa yaitu PNS seperti salah satu anggota keluarga. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Perempuan, Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja This study aims to determine the process of women being able to become a Civil Service Police Unit and the motivation of women to work as a Civil Service Police Unit. The methodology used was qualitative. The data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The involvement of women who work as a Civil Service Police Unit in Cipayung District is for activities related to children and women, eliminating the bad view of society towards the Civil Service Police Unit, and opening up opportunities provided by the agency to women. Women are allowed to work as Civil Service Police Unit referring to Law no. 13 of 2003 and PP No. 16 of 2018. There are criteria and tests that women pass to become a Civil Service Police Unit in Cipayung District. (2) Women work as Civil Service Police Unit (SATPOL PP) in Cipayung District because (a) the need for a sense of security: female Civil Service Police Unit with PNS work status has allowances and also has personal savings. (b) social needs: there is an encouragement from the family to work as a Civil Service Police Unit and the desire to be a successor in a similar job status, namely a civil servant like one of the family members.     Eksistensi Provost Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Di Daerah

    Provost umumnya berada di institusi yang bersifat militer,  namun provost juga dapat ditemukan di Unit Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP), Provost Satpol PP dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya melakukan pengawasan dan pembinaan pelaksanaan aktifitas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Pemerintah Daerah dan anggota Satpol PP. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keberadaan Provost Satpol PP ditinjau dari perspektif hukum Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia No 19 Tahun   2013 Tentang Pedoman Pakaian Dinas, Perlengkapan Dan Peralatan Operasional Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian normatif kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data sekunder dan primer diperoleh dengan studi literatur dan wawancara serta observasi. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah dasar hukum pembentukan Provost di Satpol PP tidak sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia No 19 Tahun 2013 tentang Pedoman Pakaian Dinas, Perlengkapan dan Peralatan Operasional Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja. Pembentukan tersebut hanya berdasarkan Keputusan Kepala Satpol PP dan Keputusan Sekretaris Daerah. Selain itu rekrutmen dan pembinaan anggota Provost Satpol PP juga belum berdasarkan pada keahlian penyidikan
