    Abstract: Computerized assessment in neuropsychology becomes more and more widespread. It has some advantages, as registration of times for reactions, automated analysis of answers, saving the results in databases. Computers have rich abilities for stimuli presentation. The computerized neuropsychological test “Rotation with example ” has the listed advantages. It has been developed, applying object-oriented analysis and design using UML. The analysis consists of use-case model and platform independent analysis model presented with a class diagram. Object-oriented design creates two models presented respectively with class diagram and sequence diagram. The implementation is in Java
