Blue velvet: The rise and decline of the new Czech right
In Comparative terms, the Czech centre-right (principally the Civic Democratic Part - ODS - of Václav Klaus) represents an intermediate case between those of Hungary and Poland. Although Klaus's ODS has always been a large, stable and well-institutionalized party, avoiding the fragmentation and instability of the Polish right, the Czech centre-right has not achieved the degree of ideological and organization concentration seen in Hungary. A number of factors are commonly used to explain party (and party system) formation in the region in relation to the Czech centre-right. These include both structural-historical explanations and 'political' factors such as macro-institutional design, strategies of party formation in the immediate post-transition period, ideological construction and charismatic leadership. In fact, both the early success and subsequent decline of the Czech right were rooted in a single set of circumstances: (1) the early institutionalization of ODS as the dominant party of the mainstream right; and (2) the right's immediate and successful taking up of the mantle of market reform and technocratic modernization. © 2004 Taylor and Francis Ltd

Abstract
Hallucinations are disturbed perception, which appears without an external stimulus but considered real and alive. Hallucinations generally occurs in people with schizophrenia (ODS). Antipsychotic treatment using the ODS known to still show symptoms of hallucinations, non-pharmacological treatments shown to be effective in controlling hallucinations. The study aims to describe the hallucinations symptom management on people with schizophrenia (ODS) at inpatient unit of Regional Mental Health Hospital Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Semarang. Quantitative research with a descriptive survey method. Samples numbered 67 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires Management Hallucinations have been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed management hallucinations are most often used is to ignore the symptoms of 35.8% and management resources in general comes from yourself. Results of this research can increase knowledge of health care providers about the management hallucinations in ODS with the problem of hallucination, that the ODS has the potential to control hallucinations independently.

Microstructure and oxide particle stability in a novel ODS γ-TiAl alloy processed by spark plasma sintering and laser additive manufacturing
In this work, a novel oxide dispersion strengthened titanium aluminide alloy (Ti-45Al-3Nb-<0.2Y2O3 at.%) was developed for powder-based processing technologies with a focus on spark plasma sintering and additive manufacturing. Titanium aluminides are promising structural intermetallics for weight reduction and an increased performance of high temperature components. The alloy design and selection process was supported by computational thermodynamics based on the CALPHAD approach, taking into account requirements for processing as well as long term alloy behavior under service conditions. Processing trials using spark plasma sintering, direct metal deposition and selective laser melting were conducted to study the alloy behavior, microstructure formation and introduction as well as stability of the ODS particles. Additionally, thermal annealing on the sintered and laser consolidated material was performed. Conventional dual phase α2-Ti3Al and γ-TiAl duplex and near-lamellar microstructures were obtained from the processed material. The ODS particles were homogeneously distributed in the alloy matrix after processing in the liquid state. For the direct metal deposition process, the novel alloy was compared to the established GE48-2-2 alloy (Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb) in terms of phases, microstructure and texture after processing. A significantly reduced texture formation was observed with the novel alloy. The hardness of the consolidated material shows superior properties for ODS-containing TiAl compared to ODS-free material. This work provides a first step towards tailored alloys for AM and the production of ODS TiAl alloys
Plasma L-ergothioneine measurement by high-performance liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis after a pre-column derivatization with 5-iodoacetamidofluorescein (5-IAF) and fluorescence detection
Two sensitive and reproducible capillary electrophoresis and high-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence procedures were established for quantitative determination of L-egothioneine in plasma. After derivatization of L-ergothioneine with 5-iodoacetamidofluorescein, the separation was carried out by HPLC on an ODS-2 C-18 sperisorb column by using a linear gradient elution and by HPCE on an uncoated fused silica capillary, 50 µm id, and 60 cm length. The methods were validated and found to be linear in the range of 0.3 to 10 µmol/l. The limit of quantification was 0.27 µmol/l for HPCE and 0.15 µmol/l for HPLC. The variations for intra- and inter-assay precision were around 6 RSD%, and the mean recovery accuracy close to 100% (96.11%)
Review on the EFDA work programme on nano-structured ODS RAF steels
This proceeding is: The 14th International Conference on Fusion Reactor Materials (ICFRM-14) was held at the Sapporo Convention Center in Sapporo, Japan from 7 to 12 September 2009.The 2008─2009 work programme of the European research project on nano-structured oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) reduced activation ferritic (RAF) steels is being organized along the four following programmatic lines: (1) improve the present generation of nano-structured ODS RAF steels; (2) start the industrial fabrication of the present generation of nano-structured ODS RAF steels; (3) develop an optimised generation of nano-structured and nano-grained ODS RAF steels; (4) investigate the stability of present and optimised generation of nano-structured ODS RAF steels under creep and irradiation. This paper presents the main objectives of current R&D activities being performed within the European research project on nano-structured ODS RAF steels, the main obtained results and the main future activities in the case of the four programmatic lines mentioned just above.This work, supported by the European Communities, was carried out within the framework of the European Fusion Development Agreement.Publicad
Perbandingan Efektifitas Krim Urea 10% dan Krim Niasinamid 4% pada Xerosis Usia Lanjut
Xerosis usia lanjut merupakan salah satu karakteristik penuaan kulit dan menjadi dermatosis yang sering ditemukan pada pasien usia lanjut. Terdapat Perubahan fisiologik terkait usia berupa penurunan natural moisturizing factor (NMF) dan lipid stratum korneum. Krim urea sering digunakan untuk pengobatan xerosis daripada krim niasinamid. Pada studi terdahulu, krim niasinamid dilaporkan dapat memperbaiki fungsi sawar kulit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membandingkan efektivitas krim urea 10% dan krim niasinamid 4% pada xerosis usia lanjut berdasarkan overall dry skin score (ODS) dan nilai hidrasi kulit. Pada studi tersamar ganda ini, subjek secara random dibagi menjadi dua kelompok pengobatan: 33 subjek menerima pengobatan krim urea 10% dan 33 lainnya menerima krim niasinamid 4% selama empat pekan pengobatan. Anamnesis;penilaian (ODS) dan pengukuran hidrasi kulit dilakukan pada semua subjek pada tungkai bawah bagian anterior pada saat baseline, pekan ke-2 dan pekan ke-4 setelah pengobatan. Overall dry skin score (ODS) pekan ke-2 dan ke-4 masing-masing kelompok, menurun secara signifikan daripada saat baseline (p=0,000) namun perbandingan antara dua kelompok tersebut didapatkan tidak berbeda secara bermakna (p>0,05). Nilai hidrasi kulit pada pekan ke-2 dan ke-4 untuk tiap kelompok didapatkan meningkat secara bermakna daripada saat baseline (p=0,000) namun perbandingan antara dua kelompok tersebut tidak didapatkan perbedaan bermakna (p>0,05).Angka kesembuhan untuk kelompok niasinamid lebih tinggi daripada kelompok urea namun hal ini tidak didapatkan perbedaan secara bermakna (p>0,05). Efektivitas dibagi menjadi kurang, sedang dan baik. Kelompok urea lebih banyak mempunyai efektivitas kurang daripada niasinamid. Sebaliknya, kelompok niasinamid mempunyai efektivitas sedang dan baik lebih banyak daripada kelompok urea. Tidak terdapat perbedaan efektivitas bermakna antara kedua kelompok tersebut. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah krim niasinamid sama efektif dengan krim urea dan dapat dignakan untuk mengobati xerosis usia lanjut
