Psychosocial Need Analysis of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic pulmonary disease impacted on physical and psychosocial of the patients. However, to date, the goverment’s programs has not address the psychososial problem of the patients yet. The existing programs are still focused on the treatment and prevention of disease transmission This descriptive correlational study aims to analyze determinant factors related to the fulfillment of psychosocial needs of TB patients in the city of Cirebon. 171 pulmonary TB patients involved in this study were selected by consecutive sampling from 10 health centers in Cirebon. Instrumen used in this study was developed by the researchers. Before using the instrument, it was tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that there are three dominant factors associated with the patient satisfaction level to meet the needs of their psychosocial. These factors are the psychological conditions in the past week, duration of treatment and support services. Demographic factors have no influence on their satisfaction toward the fulfillment of their psychosocial needs. The study suggested that the government should provide support services in health centers so that pulmonary tuberculosis psychosocial needs can be met and drop out cases can be prevented

The Need for a Versioned Data Analysis Software Environment
Scientific results in high-energy physics and in many other fields often rely
on complex software stacks. In order to support reproducibility and scrutiny of
the results, it is good practice to use open source software and to cite
software packages and versions. With ever-growing complexity of scientific
software on one side and with IT life-cycles of only a few years on the other
side, however, it turns out that despite source code availability the setup and
the validation of a minimal usable analysis environment can easily become
prohibitively expensive. We argue that there is a substantial gap between
merely having access to versioned source code and the ability to create a data
analysis runtime environment. In order to preserve all the different variants
of the data analysis runtime environment, we developed a snapshotting file
system optimized for software distribution. We report on our experience in
preserving the analysis environment for high-energy physics such as the
software landscape used to discover the Higgs boson at the Large Hadron
Collider
Need Analysis for Air Conditioners in Public Sector of Surabaya City Government
In typical buildings, air conditioners have the biggest percentage in energy consumption among all sectors. It makes a good management for air conditioners is needed and important in order to use the energy efficiently. Having a very hot and humid weather, it gives impact that most of buildings in Surabaya installed air conditioners, including Surabaya City Government office buildings. However, there is no regulation nor guidance how to manage air conditioners in Surabaya City Government, while Surabaya itself has a goal to become a green-eco city. Then, the existing condition of air conditioners USAge in Surabaya Government units (SKPDs) is evaluated. The evaluation resulted that most of air conditioners were over capacity and not all of them were efficient in energy consumption. Therefore, a need analysis is required to help Surabaya City Government managing its air conditioners better. By applying two different concepts, one is based on the architectural view and another one is based on green building criteria, the existing condition is analyzed and two procedures of need analysis are produced. The procedures can be implemented for two different conditions of office building rooms in Surabaya City Government

Students' Need Analysis of English Reading Skills for Academic Purposes
The study explores students' needs for English reading skills among students of English Language Studies. It also explores the difficulties in reading skill for academic purposes (English for research) faced by the students. The study is based on the two basic aspects of exploring language needs: Target Situation Analysis and Present Situation Analysis. The participants of the study are 13 graduate students of English Language Studies of PostGraduate Program in the third semester. Questionnaire is an instrument for data collection. Quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed descriptively. The study showed that most of students often have difficulties in reading English texts for academic purposes. They want to improve their comprehension level through EAP course and enable to improve their writing performance
An Analysis of the Notion of Need for the Representation of Public Services
Many Public Administrations structure their services around the notion
of users’ need. However, there is a gap between private, subjectively perceived
needs (self-attributed) and needs that are attributed by PA to citizens (heteroattributed).
Because of the gap, citizens’ needs are often only partially satisfied by
PAs services. This gap is in part due to the fact that the meaning of the word “need”
is ambiguous and full of antinomic nuances. The purpose of this paper is to formulate
a definition of “need” suitable for citizens’ needs management with respect to
PA’s services offering, and to provide an accurate ontological analysis of the notion
of “need” and the network of concepts that relate to it
Does a Marriage Really Need Sex?: A Critical Analysis of the Gender Restriction on Marriage
This Note discusses the issues surrounding intersex persons and the right to marry. The Comment first discusses the constitutional protection of the right to marry, intersex conditions, and case law regarding intersex, transsexual, and same-sex marriage. It further addresses the consequences for marriage when it is narrowly defined. Further, the Comment proposes an alternative solution to the one many courts have used. This solution allows an intersex person to self-designate her gender and be able to marry either a man or a woman. Finally, this Comment argues that if an intersex person can marry either a man or a woman, then a male-to-female transsexual and a genetic woman must also be able to marry either a man or a woman because all are similarly situated and must be treated alike under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment
