Sistematización del patrimonio cultural nacional

Definimos patrimonio cultural de un pueblo, como las obras de sus artistas, arquitectos , músicos, escritores, y sabios en general; así como las creaciones anónimas surgidas del alma popular y el conjunto de valores que dan sentido a la vida de una comunidad, en una época determinada. Es decir, las obras materiales e inmateriales que expresan la creatividad y el sentir de un pueblo. Colombia posee una valiosa y diversa riqueza patrimonial representada en 571 monumentos nacionales, 365 estaciones de ferrocarriles, 32 parques naturales, 10 parques arqueológicos, y 5 sitios colombianos dentro de la lista de monumentos declarados Patrimonio Cultural del Mundo. Es indispensable, tratar mas a fondo el tema de la clasificación universal del patrimonio cultural y la posterior conciencia que causa el acercamiento a estos temas, sin dejar a lado el proceso de globalización cultural que en el mundo circula

La patrimonialisation de l'architecture produite sous le Protectorat français au Maroc. (cas de la médina de Fès)

Les maillons qui forment la chaîne de patrimonialisation contiennent tous une certaine invention, ou tout au moins une réécriture historique. En situation coloniale, parce que le désir de légitimation du pouvoir en place est particulièrement fort, les traditions inventées sont nombreuses. L'architecture, peut-être parce qu'elle est une des formes culturelles les plus immédiatement visible, est, dans ce contexte, propice à la réinvention patrimoniale. En raisons des représentations symboliques qui lui sont attachées, elle dévoile les rapports que la société entretient à son passé. Le Maroc n'échappe pas au phénomène. Pour le monter, nous étudions la manière dont Lyautey et son équipe ont produit une architecture médinale qui s'intègre au cadre préexistant, tout en alliant béton armé et cèdre, et la manière dont cette architecture est aujourd'hui patrimonialisée, réappropriée

Urbanização colonial na América Latina : cidade planejada versus desleixo e caos

Com um enfoque comparativo, esse artigo analisa a urbanização colonial da América Latina realizada pela Espanha e Portugal, acompanhando a localização, a fundação e o traçado de suas vilas, povoados e cidades com o objetivo de verificar se o traçado urbano desses assenta-mentos coloniais constitui a diferença mais importante entre as cidades espanholas e as portuguesas na América. De acordo com a autora, a urbanização incipiente do Brasil Colônia está intimamente ligada ao fato de o seu dinamismo estar localizado no campo, da mesma forma que o ímpeto fundacional da América Espanhola decorre de seu dinamismo ser basicamente urbano. ______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis article focalises, comparatively, the colonial urbanization in Latin America realized by the spanish and portuguese metropolis, following the localization, foundation and the design of their vilas and cities, in order to verify wheter the urban design of these settlements would be the most signifying difference between the spanish and portuguese cities. Formulación de un plan de negocios para la puesta en marcha de la empresa "Ladrillos Guapi S.A."

El proyecto es un plan de negocio para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de ladrillos en el municipio de Guapi-Cauca. Los sistemas tradicionales de construcción de viviendas en madera están cambiando en Guapi, y la edificación de residencias y obras afines en ladrillos ha ido en aumento, debido a las ventajas que este material representa como son: resistencia a la humedad, mejor durabilidad en el tiempo comparado con la madera, resistencia al fuego, estas y otras motivaciones para construir domicilios en ladrillos, van de la mano con los precios rebajados que el proyecto prevé y la calidad garantizada del producto. El plan fue ejecutado como una alternativa en el proceso de creación de empresa de forma tal, que permita entrar en el mercado local con una nueva unidad productiva que pueda aprovechar los recursos en arcilla y de capital humano que se encuentran en la región. Con el proyecto se espera generar nuevas oportunidades de empleos directos e indirectos, que ayuden a mejorar las condiciones socio-económicas que afecta a muchos de los habitantes del municipio de Guapi-Cauca. Dignamente fue diseñada la creación de una unidad productiva, Ladrillos Guapi S.A, empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de ladrillos que opere en el municipio de Guapi-Cauca, realizando proyección y evaluación económica y financiera. El proyecto tendrá un impacto positivo, dado que todos los procesos que se lleven a cabo en la empresa se verán reflejados en la comunidad, en los proveedores y distribuidores proporcionando un mejoramiento en ingresos por ventas, además de la generación de empleos directos e indirectos en el municipio.This project is a business plan for the creation of a producer and marketer of bricks in the municipality of Guapi-Cauca. The Traditional systems of housing construction in wood Guapi are changing, and the building of homes and associated infrastructure in bricks has been increasing due to the advantages that this material represents such as: moisture resistance, better durability over time compared to wood, fire resistance, these and other motivations to build brick homes, go hand in hand with the discounted prices that the project includes and guaranteed quality of product. The plan was executed as an alternative in the process of business creation in such a way that allows to enter the local market with a new production that can utilize the resources of clay and human capital that are in the region. The project is expected to generate new opportunities for direct and indirect jobs, to help improve socio-economic conditions affecting many of the inhabitants of the municipality of Guapi-Cauca. Dignity was designed to create a production unit, Bricks Guapi S.A, a company dedicated to the production and marketing of bricks that operate in the municipality of Guapi-Cauca, by projection, and economic and financial evaluation. The project will have a positive impact given that all processes are carried out in the company will be reflected in the community, suppliers and dealers to provide an improvement in sales revenue, besides generating direct and indirect jobs the municipality

Interet pharmacologique et historique des tabernaemont anoideae (apocynaceae) colombiennes

Dans deux travaux récents (ALLORGE 1985 a et b), l'auteur a effectué une révision systématique des 89 espèces néotropicales de la sousfamille des Tabernaemontanoideae, puis a tenté d'interprèter, à travers la distribution actuelle de ces espèces, quels étaient les rapports biogéographiques au niveau des huit genres qui la composent, Ces deux travaux sont extraits d'une thèse et nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu y inclure las listes des collections examinées ni toutes les cartes qui avaient été realisées pour chacune de ces espèces. THE OUTSTANDING UNIVERSAL VALUE OF THE HISTORIC COLONIAL CENTRE OF THE CITY OF GRACIAS (HONDURAS)

[EN] This paper analyses the outstanding universal values, integrity, and authenticity of the city of Gracias (Honduras), as well as its protection and heritage management tools. The main objective is to demonstrate that Gracias meets the UNESCO requirements to qualify as a candidate for inclusion in the International List of the World Heritage Convention (1971). Gracias is a colonial Spanish city, founded in 1536, in the region of Lempira. It had great productive, strategic and administrative importance in Central America, demonstrated in part by its hosting of the Audiencia de los Confines. The Audiencia was the highest court of the Spanish Crown with jurisdiction over the current republics of Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and the region of Chiapas. The aim of this court was to represent the interests of the indigenous people in these areas. An on-site analysis, diagnosis and assessment of the heritage elements was carried out from architectural, urban planning, historical, and intangible heritage perspectives. Additionally, other similar sites in Central America have been analysed for comparison. Results show that this city meets criterion iv of the World Heritage Convention: an outstanding example of a type of building, architectural or technological ensemble or landscape which illustrates (a) significant stage(s) in human history. Furthermore, the city's heritage assets are well-preserved and most of them remain functional; the indigenous culture is alive; and planning, conservation and managing tools are in use.
