Creating the N-Form Corporation as a Managerial Competence
This paper discusses key properties of the N-form corporation or internal network forms of organizing from three mutually related perspectives: structure, knowledge flows and management processes. To operationalize knowledge flows, a key property of N-forms, the paper suggests a new measure, the H/V ratio, to empirically assess the configuration of knowledge flows. The argument is illustrated by a case study of a firm showing that top management's perception about having an internal network contradicts with reality as vertical knowledge flows appear to dominate the horizontal ones. The purpose of this research is: (1) Implementation of principal managerial competence in preparing school development plan toward special program school in MI Muhammadiyah Bolon, (2) Headmaster’s obstacle in applying managerial competence in preparing school development paln toward speial program school in MI Muhammadiyah Bolon, (3) Principal solutions in applying managerial competence to overcome obstacles in preparing school development paln in MI Muhammadiyah Bolon. Coevolutionary Competence in the Realm of Corporate Longevity: How Long-lived Firms Strategically Renew Themselves
Understanding the phenomena of corporate longevity and self-renewing organizations has become an important topic in recent management literature. However, the majority of the research contributions focus on internal determinants of longevity and self-renewal. Using a co-evolutionary framework, the purpose of this paper is to address the dynamic interaction between organizations and environments in the realm of sustained strategic renewal, i.e. corporate longevity. To this end, we will focus on the competence of long-lived firms to coevolve due to the joint effect of managerial intentionality and environmental selection pressures. Building on coevolutionary framework, we develop a conceptual framework that highlights an organization’s coevolutionary competence. Pengaruh Kompetensi Managerial dan Kompetensi Supervisi Kepala Sekolah terhadap Prestasi Akademik Sdn Pontianak Timur
This study was to obtain the condition of managerial competence and competence supervision owned by the principals and the condition of the school's academic achievement as well as to determine the effect of managerial competence and the competence of the academic supervision of the principalto academic achievement. This study used quantitative research methods and did at a public elementary school, with a population of 100 teachers from 20 schools. The data collection is done by using a Likert scale questionnaire and documentary covered and analyzed used SPSS version 18. Before the questionnaire used, did test the validity and reliability. Test the validity of the questionnaire used bivariate correlation.Further,reliabilitytesting used Cronbach alpha coefficients for variables managerial competence is 0.889 And variable competence of supervision 0.795. Research finding shows an average of competence managerial is 4.16; competence of the academic supervision 4.34 and academic achievement 6.91
Kontribusi Supervisi Akademik, Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, Dan Motivasi Berprestasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri Di Kabupaten Tabanan

This Research aims to know the level of contribution ( 1) supervision of academic to teacher performance, ( 2) managerial competence of the headmasters to teacher performance, ( 3) motivation have achievement to teacher performance, and ( 4) by together between supervision of academic, interest of managerial, and motivation have achievement towards the teachers` performance in the state senior high schools in Tabanan Regency . The Population of the study is the entire teachers of the state senior high schools in Tabanan Regency., amounting to 650 people and 227 people taken as the research sample with proportional sampling random technique. This research use ex-post facto design. The data were collected with questioner; and then analyzed with simple regression, multiple regression, partial correlation and T-Test. The results of research show that (1) academic supervision has a contribution to 48,90% toward the teachers` performance with effective contribution equal to 19,10%, (2) the headmasters` managerial competence has the contribution of 46,40% towards performance learn with the effective contribution equal to 17,60%, (3) motivation have achievement has the contribution of 47,60% towards the teacher's performance with the effective contribution of 22,40%, and (4) simultaneously the academic supervision, the headmasters` managerial competence, and motivation has the contribution towards the teachers` performance of the state senior high schools in Tabanan Regency with determinant equal to 59,10%. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that: the academic supervision, the headmaster`s managerial competence , and motivation to again a great achievement has a contribution towards the teachers` performance of the state senior high schools in Tabanan Regency either separately or simultaneously.

Competence indicators in academic education and early labour market success of graduates in health sciences
In this study, the effects of several educational and non-educational indicators of (aspects of) competence on short-term labour market outcomes for university graduates are estimated. The research question we address is: To what extent do indications of specific and generic competence during the educational program predict labour market outcomes? Labour market outcomes in this study pertain to employment chances and quality of the job (having a job, academic level, matching occupational domain and wages). We use data on specific and generic aspects of competence, all of which were assessed during the academic study course, i.e. test scores on the attainment of domain specific knowledge, scores on group functioning, and the Masters’ thesis result. In addition, some other indicators of human capital acquired outside education are used, i.e. relevant work experience and managerial experience. The results indicate a rather differentiated pattern for the value of specific and generic competence acquired during education for the labour market.labour market entry and occupational careers;
Managerial Development Model of Head of SMA in Padangsidempuan to Achieve Quality School
The aim of this study is to develop a model of leadership managerial competence of head of High School in Padangsidimpuan. The expected model can be used as a reference for school supervisors in conducting guidance of managerial competence of head of SMA Padangsidimpuan. This research was done using research and development (R and D) by applying the procedural model. The data of this research are consisted of (1) qualitative data that was obtained from observation, interview, and documentation of the study and it was analyzed using descriptive statistics. (2) quantitative data by using questionnaire. The qualitative data were analyzed using three ways, ie data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusions. The findings of this study are (1) The coaching is focused on the administrative aspect and has not yet touched the managerial competence of the principal of SMA Padangsidimpuan and (2) the coaching process has not been done properly. This research resulted a model of managerial competence development for the head of SMA Padangsidimpuan consisting of two components, namely (1) the identification instrument of managerial competence and, (2) the steps of coaching the managerial competence of the principal of SMA Padangsidimpuan. This model is equipped with a support system that includes a program of leadership managerial competence of senior high school Padangsidimpuan. The test results show that this model is practical and effective for use in improving the managerial competence of SMA Padangsidimpuan. How well the model of guiding the managerial competence of the principal produced will not mean anything if its use does not get support from the parties related to the principal guidance in particular and general education management. It is therefore necessary to support the school superintendent to use this model within the Padangsidimpuan
Psychological aspekt of the managerial competence of secondary education institutions in the conditions of educational reforms
на даному етапі українська освіта знаходиться в умовах освітніх реформ. Особливо заклади загальної середньої освіти перебувають в умовах змін, що детермінує необхідність перегляду структури та трансформації феномену управлінської компетентності керівника ЗЗСО. У статті представлено аналіз наукового доробку вітчизняних та зарубіжних науковців що до визначення поняття «управлінська компетентність керівника ЗЗСО», встановлення психологічних особливостей вказаного поняття; аргументовано потребу та вказано можливості розвитку управлінської компетентності сучасних керівників ЗЗСОна данном этапе украинское образование находится в условиях образовательных реформ. Особенно заведения общего среднего образования находятся в условиях изменений. Ето детерминирует необходимость пересмотра структуры и трансформации феномена управленческой компетентности руководителя школы.
