Analisis Perilaku Aman Tenaga Kerja Menggunakan Model Perilaku ABC ( Antecedent Behavior Consequence)

One way that can be used to reduce accidents at workplace is to change unsafe behavior into safe behavior. Unsafe behavior caused due to ignorance, unwillingness, and inability from workers to perform safe behavior. Therefore, analysis of workerss safe behavior with ABC model behavior will be conducted to optimizing prevention of accident.This research was an observational research with cross sectional design. Interview addressedto safety officer and questionnaires and observations addressed to 7 workers of Maintanance Unit. Based from the analysis of questionnaires, workers have a good enough knowledge and good attitude against safe behavior and Occupational health and safety. Workers assess that management have a good enough commitment and training that given from management to help workers work safely. Moreover, the existence of reward and punishment regulation has been approved by the workers.Conclusion of this research is workerss safe behavior triggered by internal and external antecedents and the existence of consequences from company.Keywords : analysis, safe behavior, ABC model behavior, worker

ANALISIS NILAI OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS (OEE) PADA PROSES PRODUKSI FOOD STORAGE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS MESIN DI PT. AIRTECH INTI KARAWACI

PT. Airtech Inti Karawaci adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan lemari pendingin yang memproduksi kulkas 4 pintu dan food storage. Penelitian dilakukan pada proses (mesin) produksi lemari pendingin food storage karena selama waktu penelitian sedang memproduksi food storage. Mesin yang diteliti ada 6 mesin pada proses produksi food storage. Penelitian ini mengangkat tema mencari tahu nilai keefektivan mesin dan faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan ketidak efektivan dengan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Hasil perhitungan OEE digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh six big losses sebagai dasar rekomendasi perbaikan dengan pendekatan 8 pilart TPM untuk meningkatkan efektivitas mesin produksi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui nilai OEE semua mesin dari minggu ke-1 bulan maret hingga minggu ke-24 bulan agustus 2017 mesin dengan nilai terendah berada pada mesin bending sebesar 54% sangatlah jauh dari ketetapan standar OEE perusahaan sebesar 75%, sehingga mesin bending inilah yang akan diteliti mengenai penyebab rendahnya downtime. Hasil dari analisis six big losses digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor losses apa yang mempengaruhi rendahnya nilai OEE mesin bending dan diketahui adalah Breakdown loss lebih tepatnya mechanical problem. mechanical problem yang memiliki total time loss sebesar 2658,24 menit dan persentasenya 78%. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adjustmen tentang preheat problem hanya diketahui teknisi yang membuat penanganan masalah ini lama. Salah satu dari rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meminimasi downtime pada mesin bending dengan pendekatan 8 pilar TPM adalah autonomous maintanance (pemeliharaan mandiri). Distribution and use of grasslands in the Czech Republic and biodiversity of invertebrates

In the Czech Republic the major focus of organic farming lies in permanent grasslands management. Animal production is mostly focused on non-milk pasture beef-raising on almost the whole farm area. By contrast conventional farms do not grass sufficiently, even in areas with higher elevation. This fact is influenced by subvention programmes motivating farmers to fulfil the agroenvironmental function of agriculture using grassing, however there is no support for agriculture on arable land. Permanent grasslands are predominantly used for beef grazing. Large areas are harvested too, which affects biodiverzity. Grasslands utilized for pasture are rich in biodiversity which enhance ecosystem services. The effect of grassland management on the different taxa and assamblages is discussed. Kebutuhan informasi tentang Kesenian Tari Bali merupakan aspek yang sangat penting mengingat tarian merupakan salah satu daya tarik bagi Bali untuk menarik wisatawan datang ke Bali. Maka perlu dibangun media publikasi berbasis web untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah dokumen perancangan yang baik untuk membangun media publikasi kesenian tari Bali berbasis web. Úvodní část představuje existující ORM řešení, jejich výhody a nevýhody použití. Další část se věnuje popsání klíčových způsobu mapování a srovnání s vlastním řešením používaným ve firmě ITeuro a.s. "7/12" patient touch point strategy: a novel method to increase patient attendance and recommendation.

The US dental system is not likely to see major expansions in dental care use in the foreseeable future. The rise of dental care utilization among low-income children as well as wealthy seniors did not offset flat dental utilization among adults since the Great Recession. Similarly in Spain, the increase in the number of dental practitioners surpasses the rate of population growth. Hence, in order to remain economically viable in this competitive market, one important aspect for every dental office is to retain patients besides attracting new ones. Patients may be lost to follow-up due to a number of factors, including a lack of attention from the dental practice or a lack of trust in the provider. The "7/12" patient touch point strategy of marketing builds consumer loyalty as a result of a strong patient-provider relationship. Furthermore, this method aims to facilitate the patient's decision to visit their dentist when it is time for preventative treatments. The purpose of this study was to measure the efficacy of a "7/12" patient touch point strategy when compared to the traditional annual recall with respect to number of active patients, percentage of word-of-mouth-recommended patients, and overall number of first-visit patients. We executed the relationship marketing concept through a novel "7/12" patient touch point approach, in which the patient was exposed to seven separate exposures in a period of 12 months. The efficacy of the "7/12" patient touch point was analyzed for 48 months across 10 clinics (24 months before and 24 months after the "7/12" strategy implementation). The "7/12" patient touch point strategy resources consisted of online and printed materials with a focus on oral health knowledge. fter analyzing the efficacy of the "7/12" patient touch point, we found an average increase of 86.91% in the number of active patients, 24.12% in the number of word-of-mouth-recommended patients, and 38.05% in the number of first visits across all clinics. This novel "7/12" patient touch point approach may be successful in increasing the retention of existing patients and generating new patients.
