La influencia de la administración y la planificación educativa en la enseñanza superior del idioma inglés

El aprendizaje de un segundo idioma hoy en día es algo que no debe tomarse a la ligera. Mundialmente hablando, se requiere de profesionales competentes no solo en su campo de acción laboral sino en un segundo, o inclusive tercer idioma. La enseñanza del idioma inglés es un proceso que requiere de docentes altamente calificados en este campo no solo en los aspectos pedagógicos y propios del idioma, sino con unas habilidades que permitan llevar un paso más allá la enseñanza del idioma inglés y garanticen la excelencia en el proceso. Por este motivo, la siguiente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal el análisis de la relación entre los elementos pedagógicos y propios del idioma inglés requeridos para la enseñanza de este, y la administración y planificación educativa. Además, el identificar el cómo la administración y planificación educativa pueden mejorar el proceso de enseñanza del idioma inglés. En total se supervisó el proceso de cuatro docentes de inglés, que corresponden al proceso de enseñanza de 47 estudiantes de licenciatura en pedagogía infantil y 31 de Técnica profesional en operaciones administrativas y financieras de la salud, 4 entrevistas en total, relacionadas con el proceso de enseñanza del idioma inglés realizado por parte de los docentes. Los datos recolectados permitieron caracterizar las concepciones de administración educativa en relación con la enseñanza del idioma inglés en el contexto de la Fundación Universitaria U compensar de Villavicencio.Nowadays the learning of a second language is something that must be taken seriously. Globally speaking, more professionals who are competent not only in their field of work but also in a second or even a third language are required. The teaching process of the English language is a process that demands not only teachers with ahigh level of competence in English and highly qualified to apply different pedagogical approaches correctly but also with a set of skills that allow them to go beyond the expectations and guarantee the success and excellence of the teaching process. Because of this, the following investigation has as main goal the analysis of the relationship between the pedagogical elements and the elements of the English language required to teach English and the Educational Administration and Planning. Also, it is intended to identify how the Educational Administration and Planning can improve the teaching process of the English language. In total, the process of four English teachers was supervised, corresponding to the teaching process of 47 undergraduate students of the Child Pedagogy program and 31 in Professional Technique in Administrative and Financial Health Operations,four interviews in total about the process of English language teaching carried out by the teachers.
