The curriculum often changes because the world continues to change and education must adapt to the times. The curriculum must be appropriate to the times and the context and characteristics of students. In facing curriculum changes, teachers experience difficulties in adapting to curriculum changes. This research aims to determine teachers' difficulties in adapting to curriculum changes. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. The data collection technique in the research that we conducted was using face-to-face questions and answers or directly to the subject, then the researcher asked questions by asking the research subject, namely a class IV teacher at SDN No. 106163 Bandar Klippa Percut Sei Tuan named Mrs. Atikah Riqka. , S.Pd. related to educational problems at the school. ANALISIS TINGKAT PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG PASCA REVITALISASI PASAR, DIJALAN PASAR VII TEMBUNG DESA BANDA KALIPPA SIMPANG JODOH

Revitalisasi merupakan salah satu terobosan agar menunjang dan mendukung Pedagang tradisional yang semakin terpuruk dan ditinggalkan dikarenakan Banyaknya Mall, Supermarket, dan Pasar Modren Lainnya yang bermunculan, revitalisasi diharapkan dapat membantu pasar tradisional agar tetap bertahan dan mampu bersaing dengan pasar modern lainnya, walaupun demikian perbaikan pada infrastruktur yang lebih baik dan modern tidak hanya akan memberikan pengaruh baik bagi sebuah pasar, tetapi juga didukung dengan system dan pengelolaan yang baik untuk menunjang penjualan pada pasar tersebut agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan yang berimbas kepada pendapatan yang membaik. Pendapatan merupakan alasan pedagang melakukan perniagaan juga sebagai pelangsung usaha agar tidak tutup/gulung tikar disebabkan tidak adanya pemasukan. Adapun penelitian yang peneliti lakukan ialah di pasar simpang jodoh yang telah direvitalisasi, simpang jodoh merupakan Kawasan yang terletak dipersimpangan Jl. Pasar VII menuju Jl. Besar Tembung, Kawasan yang sudah lama menjadi tempat perniagaan, dan juga sentra bahan pokok. hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendapatan pedagang mengalami penurunan dikarenakan letak yang tidak strategis dan juga banyaknya pengeluaran uang yang dikeluarkan pedagang, kelebihan yang dirasakan pedagang dan masyarakat sekitar juga banyak, Adapun kekurangannya ialah terdapat pada system pada pasar itu sendiri, pembangunan tergolong cepat, dan Sebagian kurang tertata rapi, dan pengelolaan pasar itu sendiri belum ada menunjukkan pembaharuan dari sebelumny

Factors Related to The Mother's Readiness to Face Menopause Bandar Klippa Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency

Menopause is the scientific cessation of menstruation. One of the problems in menopause will be caused by the mother's lack of readiness to deal with menopause which can cause symptoms, diseases and psychological disorders that need attention.This type of research is a descriptive-analytical survey using secondary and primary data. This study included all postmenopausal women in hamlet XX, Bandar kalippa Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency with a sample of 38 people.The results of this study show that the readiness of postmenopausal women to face menopause in 2022, based on the age of the majority of 40-44 years 20 people (52.63%) and based on the majority of junior high school education below 21 people (55.26%) and based on the knowledge that lacks knowledge 28 people (73.68%) and based on the economy 26 people (68.42%). Moreover, this shows that the probability (0.000) < (0.05) Ho is rejected means Ha is accepted; it can be concluded that age, education, knowledge and economy are related to the mother's readiness to face menopause.It is hoped that all postmenopausal women in hamlet XX Bandar kalippa Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency to increase higher readiness for menopause, increase knowledge of menopause, and increase awareness and willingness to overcome disorders and readiness in menopause to create maternal health in dealing with menopause until the elderly

PRODUKSI LIMBAH BONGGOL JAGUNG DI DESA SAENTIS

The purpose of  activities is to help solve the problems of partners to become independent and lead to a productive economy by utilizing corncob waste. The PKM  partner is corn farmers in Desa Saentis which is ± 25 km or 40 minutes from UMN Al-Washliyah. The partner priority issues are  ; (1) aspects of production, including; a) partners do not have the knowledge and skills in processing corncobs; b) partners never to training  processing corncobs from the government or the private sector; c) partners don’t have the appropriate technology to process corncobs into handicraft items. (1) aspects of production, including: a) Focus Group Discussion on the potential of corn waste into handicraft items; b) the use of appropriate technology in the form of grinding machines and hacksaw to make handicrafts from corncobs; c) Benchmarking partners corn cob crafter; and d) training to design handicraft  made from corn cobs. Output targets include: 1) grinding machines and hacksaw; 2) enhancing partner skills in the production of handicraft items made from corn cobs; 3) design of handicraft made from corn cobs such as tissue boxes, decorative lamps, placemat

THE EFFECT OF WORD FIND PUZZLE ON THE STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY MASTERY

The research was intended to know the effectiveness of Word FindPuzzle in the students’ vocabulary mastery which was observed andanalyzed from students of tenth grade at SMA Baitul Aziz BandarKlippa. The method used was quatitative research by using theexperimental research design. The population of this study wastenth grade students of SMA Baitul Aziz Bandar Klippa. In takingthe sample of this research, the researchers took some students ineach classes as the sample used and divided into 2 classes,experimental and control. There were 34 students in theexperimental and 26 students in control. The researchers taught byusing the Word Find Puzzle in the experimental class and taught byusing lecturing method in control class.The researchers used pretest,treatment, and post-test. In control class the score increase59,23 between pre-test and post-test, but in experimental class thescore increase about 68,85. By calculated by used SPSS V24, Theresearcherss concluded that there was a significant effect of theapplication of the Word Find Puzzle learning approach on learningoutcomes, it can be seen from the results of the analysis that this isindicated by the results of hypothesis testing which indicate that theSig. (2 - tailed) <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) and the value of t_ (count)> ttable (6.365> 1.992). Then in post test the researchers found thatthe value of Sig. (2tailed) is 0,923. It is bigger than 0,05(0,923>0,05) Sig. in T-Test (2tailed) is 0,002. It was less than 0,05(0,002>0,05), so there was a significant different between theexperiment class and control class. In other words, the students’achievement in vocabulary mastery is more effective by using WordFind Puzzle than lecturing method

Analisis Tingkat Pendapatan Pedagang Pasca Revitalisasi Pasar, Di Jalan Pasar Vii Tembung Desa Bandar Kalippa Simpang Jodoh

Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seperti yang dikemukakan oleh Miles dan Huberman mencakup tiga kegiatan yang bersamaan: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). PENGARUH MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PjBL) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DI KELAS V UPT SPF SD NEGERI 106163 BANDAR KLIPPA

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia di kelas V SD Negeri 106163 Bandar Klippa, yang disebabkan oleh model pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS), khususnya pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment tipe nonequivalent control group design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 43 orang, terdiri dari 21 siswa kelas kontrol dan 22 siswa kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar berupa pre-test dan post-test. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji-t untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kedua kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan pada kelas yang menggunakan model PjBL. Rata-rata nilai post-test siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 82,50, sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya mencapai 68,09. Berdasarkan uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model PjBL terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.
