PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN ISLAMI, WORK LIFE BALANCE DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA BAZNAS LOMBOK TIMUR
This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic leadership, work life balance, organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance at BAZNAS East Lombok. This research uses quantitative methods, this data uses a Google Form questionnaire for 50 respondents with a saturated sampling technique carried out at BAZNAS East Lombok. This research shows that Islamic leadership, work life balance, organizational citizenship behavior influence employee performance significantly, in the f test they simultaneously influence the variables Islamic leadership, work life balance, organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at BAZNAS East Lombok and the most dominant variable is found. on employee performance is the work life balance variable
The concept of leadership and constitution of a country from the Islamic and Malay archipelago perspectives according to Taj Al Salatin manuscript
The concept of leadership has been present eversince the dawn of time, with scholars steering broad studies from various directions and viewpoints, which were then formed into literary works. In the Malay Archipelago, Taj al-Salatin manuscript (1603M) is extensively recognised as a masterwork that emphasised leadership qualities from the Islamic viewpoint. This study was conducted to recognise the author’s notions on Islamic leadership in the context of Malay Archipelago, using descriptive method by analysing the manuscript. The results revealed that leaders and leadership are deliberated, as a decree from Allah SWT. Good rulers must be competent, with higher knowledge and morals than their followers. Taj al-Salatin presents the indication that rulers should exercise Tasawwuf, which among its practises take account of unceasing self reminder of death, rejecting desires and lust, and prioritising remembrance of Allah. In his manuscript, Bukhari al-Jauhari presents the idea, optimism and the notion of “rulers are perfect beings”, which personifies the concept of Tauhid and espouses noble character for universal civilisation. A ruler of a country should at all times stand on the grounds of good moral standards and the people are led towards generating a peaceful, thriving and blissful nation
PRAKTIK KEPEMIMPINAN ISLAM (Studi Kasus pada Kepala Bagian Non Medis Rumah Sakit Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang)
In Islam, mankind are the leader of themself, and hold the responsibility of their leadership. Leadership known as a ghairu mahdah worship, thus should be guided by Al Quran and Hadist on its practice. Roemani Muhammadiyah hospital is the one and only Muhammadiyah hospital in Semarang. Muhammadiyah is an organization that practices the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. It is certain that the application of Islamic value is present in the hospital. The aim of this study is to analyze the extent to which the following participants appliying Islamic values in leadership functions in the Islamic company.
The method used is a qualitative method with case study approach, which data collection conducted by interview, observation, and documentation for certain period. Method selected by reason so that the study can be done with focus and depth to determine Islamic leadership practiced by the non-medic heads of divisions in Roemani Muhammadiyah hospital, Semarang.
The result shows the outlines of Islamic values, applicated and always maintained by the heads of the divisions on their leadership. The Islamic values such as fatanah, amanah, siddiq, and tabligh are showed in the ledership functions as a model, path finder, aligner, and empowerer

order to achieve organizational goals. One such activity is the management and leadership. With
the knowledge of management and leadership, chaplain, nurse and manager of the boarding school
could lift and apply the basic principles and knowledge that is in the al-Quran and al-Hadith in the
institution
Formulation of the problem in this study are: (a). How chaplain managerial leadership in
improving the quality of education and students of Islamic boarding school in Az-Ziyadah?.(b).
What efforts chaplain in improving the quality of education and students of Islamic boarding
school in Az-Ziyadah? (c). What are the factors supporting and inhibiting efforts chaplain in an
effort to improve the quality of education and students of Islamic boarding school in Az-Ziyadah?,
(d). What are the implications of managerial leadership chaplain and chaplain efforts in improving
the quality of education and students of Islamic boarding school in Az-Ziyadah?.
This study aims to clarify: (a). Chaplain managerial leadership in improving the quality of

The results: (a). Chaplain managerial leadership in improving the quality of Islamic
education and students with the type of Proffesional management, management system
implementation using open (open management). While the style of leadership is done by three
patterns of leadership are: charismatic, participative and democratic. (b). Chaplain efforts in
improving the quality of Islamic education and students: Adding a KitabKuning (yellow book)
study, Encourage the students to attend formal school education. Cooperating with other huts,
Doing transplant ustadz as regeneration. Providing role models to teach leadership Sauri,
Encourage the students to recite the yellow book on another chaplain and Encourage the students
to attend formal school education. (c). Factors supporting and inhibiting chaplain efforts in
improving the quality of education and students of Islamic boarding school in Az-
ZiyadahBabakanCiwaringin Cirebon. a. Contributing factors include: Capacity chaplain in the
mastery of the yellow book, remarkable spirit of chaplain to lead the lodge, the spirit of religious
teachers in teaching the students a good presence of input, the motivation of the students to study
religion, presence of co-operation with schools lodges in the BabakanCiwaringin. The support of
parents and community students. b. Inhibiting factors include: Lack of system recitation yellow
book, lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure, less the maximum support from the
alumni, Lack of support from the local government, limited professional educators, (d).
Implications of managerial leadership chaplain and chaplain efforts in improving the quality of
Islamic education and the students are: Positive because Az-Ziyadah schools have scored alumni
who became role models when they come back to take part in the community. Among them there

The research was a qualitative descriptive, raised the problem How leadership behavior of the principal of State Islamic Junior High School 2 Model of Palembang, and was leadership behavior of the principal of State Islamic Junior High School 2 Model of Palembang, could already be categorized in accordance with the theory of transformational leadership. The data collection was done in three ways, namely: 1) observation; 2) interview; and 3) documentation. The results of this study showed that the leadership behavior of the principal of State Islamic Junior High School 2 Model of Palembang, showed that; had ideals (the idea) great, the belief toward the virtues of the vision and mission that had been set, committed, hard-working type, and had pride of work that always wanted to show the best work. Leadership of principal of State Islamic Junior High School 2 Model of Palembang, showed the behavior as inspiration, motivator, motivator, able to analyze well the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges faced by the organization he led, a figure that could grow the spirit of team work, were able to arrange a vision and mission and were able to communicate with residents of Islamic Schools, could work as a team, prioritize real work and was able to give solutions to the obstacles that were faced by the organization he led. Problematic Issues of Institutional Development of Islamic Associations in Contemporary Ukraine
The article analyzes the revival of the Islamic religion which began in Ukraine in the 1990s. The authors point to the problematic issues of the institutional establishment of Islamic associations in contemporary Ukraine. In particular, four stages of development of Islam in independent Ukraine, which have their own institutional and ideological characteristics, are distinguished. Thus, the first stage was the creation of the first three spiritual administrations (the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Crimea, the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Ukraine, and the Spiritual Center of Muslims of Ukraine), the development of which defined the ideology of future development of Islam in Ukraine (national orientation, leadership projects, etc.). That ideology was unacceptable to many independent Muslim communities who refused to participate in national and leadership projects. This led to the formation of the second stage (2007-2010) of the local development of Islam. The completion of the stage was marked by the creation of the common Council of Spiritual Administrations and Centers of Muslims of Ukraine. The next stage (2010-2016) is characterized by the artificial creation of associations affiliated with other Spiritual administrations. In the fourth stage, which has been going on since the end of 2016, the processes of self-identification of Muslims in a multi-confessional and multi-ethnic environment, the participation of Muslims in the protection of their homeland, etc., have intensified. In total, nine Muslim Spiritual Administrations or Centers have been established during the years of independence, four of which (DUM of Crimea, DCM of Ukraine, DUMU “The Unity” and DCM of Crimea) now operate in the territories of Ukraine occupied by Russia and have embarked on the path of collaborationism. The authors draw attention to the numerical indicators of accounting of Muslim communities and believers in general, the peculiarities of the Islamic educational process, the dependence of Ukrainian Spiritual administrations on foreign Islamic centers, and the attempts of political activity of the Ukrainian Islamic Ummah

PENGARUH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DENGAN KEPEMIMPINAN ISLAMI SEBAGAI MEDIASI
This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance and mediated by Islamic Leadership. The type of research used is Explanatory Research with a Quantitative approach. This research was conducted on teachers of the Salsabila Hidayatullah Foundation Sumenep totaling 102 teachers with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by circulating questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed was 102 teachers at the Salsabila Foundation. The data analysis technique uses the SEM-PLS method using SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that directly: Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Leadership, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Leadership, Islamic Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. As for the indirect effect: Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance through Islamic Leadership and Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance through Islamic Leadership
Pengaruh Penerapan Spiritual Leadership Terhadap Komitmen Perawat Pada Organisasi Di Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya
Nurse's commitment and loyalty are important things in the health care sectors, to develop good work performance and productivity. Human resources management in Surabaya Islamic hospital that related nurse retention still focused in extrinsic efforts. In the future need comprehensive management to stimulate nurse intrinsic motivation to be more committed. Spiritual leadership is gained to develop organizational commitment based on integration of altruistic love and organizational culture. This research to investigate the influence of spiritual leadership effects on nurse's organizational commitment in Surabaya Islamic Hospitals based on the control group with pre and post test design. The subjects are 82 nurses, divided into intervention and control group in Surabaya Islamic Hospitals nursing care wards. Instruments to examine organizational commitment is measured by using adaptations Psychological Attachment Instrument which is presented by O'Reilly dan Chatman. Data analysis used mean t-test also liniary multiple regression. The result showed that there was significant differences after practiced spiritual leadership and before practiced (p value=0.000). There was significant differences between nurse's organizational commitment that practiced spiritual leadership and no practiced (p value=0.005). The factors used to predict increases nurses organizational commitment in research showed that spiritual leadership, female gender, married status, increases age also long nurse's tenure.
