    With the development of information age and technological means, people’s production and life, way of thinking and working concept are gradually changing. Cloud computing has become one of the hottest topics in the world. Cloud computing based on efficient computing power, scalable storage capacity and high security has become a new favorite in all walks of life. Chinese university information construction should also seize the opportunity to fully combine the advantages of cloud computing technology to strengthen the university campus network construction, enhance the integration of educational resources and promote information sharing. By combining cloud computing technology to expand network cloud service platform, Chinese universities education has greater space for development. Thus, it is an inevitable trend to apply cloud computing technology to Chinese university informationization construction. Based on the above purpose, this paper will start from the technical summary behind cloud computing technology, in-depth analysis and computing technology definition and characteristics. By exploring the application and existing problems of cloud computing technology in university information construction, this paper provides new ideas for university information construction development. By sharing IT services as platform-based, software-based, and infrastructure-based in the cloud, educational institutions in Uzbekistan can now out-source non-core services and better concentrate on offering students, teachers, faculty and other staff the essential tools to help them succeed. This paper looks at how Cloud Computing can be applied in the study of ICT and focuses on the role of cloud computing in the study of ICT in the Uzbek educational system. It also looks at how one can provide quality and affordable ICT education by using cloud-computing technology. A study of the previous system without cloud computing technology was considered and a new model of teaching ICT with the help of cloud computing technology has been proposed. Cloud technology is rapidly spreading in educational institutions, sometimes replacing the in-house infrastructure with cloud services. Education plays an important role in a country’s economy and today, the educational model in many countries has evolved with technology. Schools and universities in the world extensively use cloud Based Technology. Digital teaching – E-Learning and cloud-based technology are the latest models that have been widely adopted in the educational field. The identified trends in the use of cloud computing in education are clear, ranging from the design of cloud-oriented learning environments for future information technology specialists to the training of information technology specialists to enable them to obtain competencies in the use of cloud technologies. Cloud computing is a distributed computing paradigm, where, instead of acquiring information technology products, users access shared resources under various service models through a network, usually the Internet. The application of cloud computing is very broad and growing daily because of many advantages to the users, and is driven by the increasing use of various mobile devices (laptops, tablets and smartphones) and mobile Internet access being more available. The perspectives of its integration in the learning process are highlighted, as well as the factors that make its implementation difficult. Finally, some general conclusions presented on how technologies should be adopted to meet the educational needs of this new global challenge and some suggestions are made for more effective training through the Cloud Computing, as the need for further research emerge

Cloud computing is a computing service that leverages the Internet network as its supporters. Cloud computing technology can be implemented in various fields, including education. This research is about how the implementation of cloud computing on the education and benefits sectors will be gained when cloud computing is implemented. The purpose of this research is to find out if cloud computing might be applied to the education sector, as well as the benefits provided by cloud computing. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with the technique of data collection in the form of literary studies. Based on the research conducted the results that the services presented by the cloud computing have a variety of benefits, can primarily improve efficiency and effectiveness in the education sector.Keywords: cloud computing, education Abstrak- Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berkembang semakin pesat. Salah satu teknologi yang sedang berkembang saat ini adalah komputasi awan. Komputasi awan merupakan layanan komputasi yang memanfaatkan jaringan internet sebagai pendukungnya. Teknologi komputasi awan bisa diterapkan di berbagai bidang, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini berisi tentang bagaimana penerapan komputasi awan pada sektor pendidikan dan manfaat yang akan diperoleh ketika komputasi awan diterapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah komputasi awan mungkin diterapkan pada sektor pendidikan, serta manfaat yang diberikan oleh komputasi awan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi literatur. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa layanan-layanan yang disajikan oleh komputasi awan memiliki beragam manfaat, utamanya dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan  efektifitas pada sektor pendidikan.Kata kunci: komputasi awan, pendidika
