Importancia de la figura del perfilador en la escena del crimen como complemento del equipo pericial

30 p.La siguiente monografía tiene como objeto de investigación, el perfilador de la escena del crimen destacando ¿cuál es la importancia de su figura dentro de la investigación criminal? El estudio de la criminalidad por parte de la psicología, en cuanto a comportamiento especial y disruptivo, está presente desde los inicios de esta ciencia; sin embargo, ha sido relativamente reciente en el tiempo la intención de algunos expertos de elaborar una metodología más o menos sistemática que nos ayude a capturar a criminales usando las aportaciones que la psicología nos brinda. Para ello debe tener competencias de comprensión del comportamiento criminal, razonamiento lógico enfocado a la dinámica criminal, pensamiento heurístico, aplicabilidad y enfoques de la perfilación criminal a nivel mundial, por lo que consideramos que la realización de este trabajo, en el cual se expone y se desarrolla el concepto, técnicas, funciones y casos relevantes en los que la figura del perfilador ha sido una pieza clave para la identificación del perfil del criminal, constituye un base importante dentro de la carrera de especialización en criminalística. Al finalizar esta investigación se concluyó que es importante integrar la figura del perfilador dentro del equipo de investigación que acude a la escena del delito. También proponer al sistema universitario panameño la creación de la Especialidad de Perfilador Criminal, para criminalistas y psicólogos. Y, por último, es vital implementar la participación del perfilador en el equipo de investigación pericial en Panamá, fortaleciendo el resultado ante la posible identificación del criminal, y que el SPA, establezca un periodo para la entrega y sustento del informe pericial, por lo que el tiempo es fundamental para la efectividad de la labor del perito.The following monograph has as its object of investigation the profiler of the crime scene, highlighting what is the importance of his figure within the criminal investigation? The study of crime by psychology, in terms of special and disruptive behavior, has been present since the beginnings of this science; However, it has been relatively recent in time the intention of some experts to develop a more or less systematic methodology that helps us to capture criminals using the contributions that psychology offers us. In order to do this, they must have competencies to understand criminal behavior, logical reasoning focused on criminal dynamics, heuristic thinking, applicability and approaches to criminal profiling worldwide, so we consider that the performance of this work, in which it is exposed and The concept, techniques, functions and relevant cases are developed in which the figure of the profiler has been a key piece for the identification of the criminal's profile, it constitutes an important base within the career of specialization in criminology. At the end of this investigation, it was concluded that it is important to integrate the figure of the profiler within the investigation team that goes to the crime scene. Also propose to the Panamanian university system the creation of the Criminal Profiler Specialty, for Criminalists and psychologists. And, finally, it is vital to implement the profiler's participation in the expert investigation team in Panama, it will strengthen the result before the possible identification of the criminal, and that the SPA establishes times for the delivery and support of the expert report, so that time is essential for the effectiveness of the expert's work
