    118 p.La investigaci贸n titulada impacto sobre la estructura curricular del programa de Administraci贸n de Empresas de la Corporaci贸n Universitaria Ciencia y Desarrollo UNICIENCIA, tiene como objetivo principal determinar el impacto de las competencias adquiridas por los graduados del programa, durante el proceso de ense帽anza aprendizaje frente a las necesidades del contexto empresarial. As铆 mismo, la teor铆a estuvo enmarcada en autores como: Torres, 2011; Enamorado, 2009; Echenique, 2014 y Amaya, 2017. Adem谩s, varios aspectos fundamentales, entre los cuales se pueden mencionar los siguientes: dise帽o curricular, impacto laboral, estructura curricular, modelo pedag贸gico y competencias laborales, entre otras, ajustadas a los requerimientos del programa de Administraci贸n de empresas. En ese sentido, las competencias profesionales constituyen la base para lograr la formaci贸n integral del estudiante universitario, al ser la representaci贸n de los conocimientos, habilidades, valores y actitudes que deben reunir los egresados de Educaci贸n Superior. Por otra parte, la metodolog铆a utilizada en la presente investigaci贸n est谩 basada en un enfoque cuantitativo, con un dise帽o de campo, donde se utiliz贸 como t茅cnica para la recolecci贸n de la informaci贸n; la encuesta, tomando como instrumento el cuestionario. Ahora bien, la poblaci贸n objeto de estudio est谩 constituida por 398 graduados del programa de Administraci贸n de Empresas de UNICIENCIA, de los cuales se tom贸 una muestra de 153 personas, a trav茅s de una f贸rmula muestral. Como resultado de las encuestas aplicadas, se tiene que la calidad profesional del egresado que se evidencia en la responsabilidad, esfuerzo y seriedad con que ellos realizan su labor, en la capacitaci贸n continuamente recibida para mejorarla y en la opini贸n que todo esto genera a su alrededor, es indicio de un impacto decisivo en la sociedad que pone alerta para que permanezca y perdure este nivel de estudios. Palabras claves: impacto, estructura curricular, graduado, competencias laborales, modelo pedag贸gico.The research entitled "Study of the impact on the curricular structure of the Business Administration program of the University Corporation of Science and Development UNICIENCIA, through the graduates, extension Monteria, has as main objective to determine the impact of the competences acquired by the graduates of the program, during the teaching-learning process facing the needs of the business context. Likewise, the theory was framed in several fundamental aspects, among which the following can be mentioned: curricular design, labor impact, curricular structure, pedagogical model and labor competences, among others, adjusted to the requirements of the Business Administration program. In this sense, professional competences are the basis for achieving the comprehensive education of university students, as they represent the knowledge, skills, values and attitudes that must be met by graduates of Higher Education. Furthermore, the methodology used in this research is based on a quantitative approach with a field design, which was used as a technique for data collection survey, using as instrument the questionnaire. However, the study population consists of 398 graduates of Business Administration UNICIENCIA, of which a sample of 153 people was taken through a sampling formula. As a result of the applied surveys, the professional quality of the graduate is evident in the responsibility, effort and seriousness with which they perform their work, in the training received continuously to improve it and in the opinion that all this generates around them, is a sign of a decisive impact on society that makes it alert for this level of education to remain and endure. Also, it was found that there has been a professional promotion that allows graduate Business Administration UNICIENCIA better performance of its work, a great facility for intellectual production and special qualities to lead.
