    Identificaci贸n de los factores asociados a la deserci贸n escolar en la Instituci贸n Educativa Agropecuaria de Aipe, Hulia-Colombia

    80 p.El objetivo general de la investigaci贸n se orient贸 hacia la identificaci贸n de los principales factores asociados a la deserci贸n escolar en la Instituci贸n Educativa Agropecuaria de Aipe, realizando un an谩lisis de los factores, que pueden incidir en este fen贸meno, como son personales, familiares, institucionales y sociales que inciden en la deserci贸n escolar de los estudiantes de los grados sexto al und茅cimo de secundaria b谩sica y media. El dise帽o metodol贸gico de corte cuantitativo-cualitativo facilit贸 la selecci贸n del grupo de docentes de la sede secundaria de la instituci贸n, y para esto se realiz贸 una encuesta a cada docente participante y al directivo docente. A trav茅s del an谩lisis se logr贸 determinar que los factores que est谩n aumentando el riesgo de deserci贸n escolar son: personales en cuando a la motivaci贸n e inter茅s por terminar sus estudios, el bajo rendimiento acad茅mico y la lejan铆a o dificultades de acceso al plantel educativo. Particularmente, se identifica una tendencia de retiro escolar debido al bajo inter茅s del estudiante por terminar sus estudios durante su a帽o lectivo. Adem谩s, se plantearon acciones de sensibilizaci贸n para trabajar con los docentes en la b煤squeda de estrategias que permitan una mayor motivaci贸n por parte de los estudiantes para completar y terminar sus estudios, asimismo estrategias que permitan mejorar el desempe帽o acad茅mico de aquellos estudiantes que presentan debilidades en su proceso formativo. Palabras clave Deserci贸n escolar, Educaci贸n, Docencia, Factores Personales, Familiares y sociales.The general objective of the research was oriented towards the identification of the main factors associated with school dropout in the Agricultural Educational Institution of Aipe, making an analysis of the factors that may affect this phenomenon, such as personal, family, institutional and social problems that affect the dropout of students from sixth to eleventh grade of middle and high school. The methodological design of quantitative-qualitative cut facilitated the selection of the group of teachers from the secondary headquarters of the institution, and for this a survey was carried out to each participating teacher and the teaching director. Through the analysis it was possible to determine that the factors that are increasing the risk of dropping out of school are: personal motivation and interest in finishing school, low academic performance and distance or difficulties of access to the educational establishment. In particular, a school withdrawal trend is identified due to the student's low interest to finish their studies during their school year. In addition, sensitization actions were proposed to work with teachers in the search for strategies that allow greater motivation on the part of students to complete and finish their studies, as well as strategies that allow improving the academic performance of those students who have weaknesses in their formative process.
