High-level User Interfaces for the DOE ACTS Collection

Abstract. The ACTS collection project comprises a set of state of the art software tools to speed up the development of High-Performance Computing Applications in science and engineering. Here we look at the development of High Level user interfaces using scripting languages like Python, to facilitate the access to ACTS technology to a wide community of computational scientists.
