HAPTIC FEEDBACK FOR DIFFERENT STROKES USING DIMPLE

This paper describes the addition of haptic feedback to the Different Strokes performance software environment via the DIMPLE haptics framework and a force feedback manipulator. We have experimented with several haptic effects, and we present our qualitative observations of their influence on the user’s performance gestures. 1
